Very beautiful and luxurious hotel, and great food and a great view. Rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, staff are very helpful, speak multiple languages, and very professional. Easy access to all touristic areas.

ThI breakfast is very bad not many choices. When I take shower in the room the water comes out in the gap of the glass door and it make the floor wet and very slippery and I slip and scratch my arm… bad experience.

最開始我們住的是3樓的超級大床房，有浴缸，但是熱水大概衹有到四十五六度的樣子，有點不足，但是也不會感覺冷。後來我們換到了26樓的套房，Okan，Sinan和Zeunap三個人非常好，幫我們免費升級了房間，於是我們就有了洗衣機和冰箱，可以洗一下出來旅行一週多的衣服，很好用，是洗凈一體的。而且樓上的房間景色很好，完全沒有噪音，卧室和客廳是分開的，建議儘量往高處住。
以及早餐9點來吃和10點來吃完全是兩個水平，一定要9點來，10點的我感覺不太符合中式口味，9點品類更豐富，會有煎蛋、葡萄等。
以及酒店交通很方便，走10分鐘就有地鐵可以到市區，在地鐵站就可以辦卡。旁邊有很多大的商場，212 outlet等，裏面有很大的超市，喂貓的貓糧、當地特有的水果、水都可以在這裏買。頂層是一個美食城一樣的地方，比老城區價格低很多，比較接近當地人平時會去的餐廳。
我們這次入住很幸運，遇到了WTT，電梯裏經常偶遇很多乒乓球運動員。他這裏的健身房也非常好，設施很全，會有登山機。

房間里居然沒有電吹風和空調遙控器，打電話要了之後過了半小時後送來了電吹風，過了一小時後（打了多次電話）送來了空調遙控器。但電吹風吹幾秒就停，要再過十來分鐘才能再用。第二天早上路過前台時要求換電吹風，結果又是在打了三個電話等待半個多小時後才送到。真的，首先不配電吹風和空調遙控器真的是聞所未聞。我不知道是不是所有國籍的客人的房間都是這樣，我不想做過度解讀。但更令人遺憾的是送個東西都是半個小時甚至一個小時外加三個電話才能得到，而且還不一定用得起來。雖然服務人員的態度禮貌，但這樣的體驗真的讓人非常失望，給我們的帶來了很大的不便。

I had booked wanda vista hotel for a family vacations in Istanbul, they made my visit so memorable i can’t praise enough how friendly and helpful staff was , they fulfilled all our requirements we mentioned while booked the room , on top of it they surprised me with cake and note on my birthday. Best service I experienced so far , thank you for all the hospitality , rooms very so comfortable and breakfast was amazing 🫶
