Upon arrival we received a room facing the main street. We could not sleep well because of the noise of the cars, but the next day the room was replaced with a quieter one. Thanks to the understanding staff. Everything was good, but the room's bathroom is old and needs maintenance and updating.

Nice hotel with good location next to metrobus station (florya), many restaurants and coffee shops around and shopping walking street about 5 minutes by foot, room service not much good every day they keep something less shampoo, soap or water should be one of them short each day, have swimming pool, gym, Turkish bath (hammas) and sauna

Dining Room The service in the dining room needs improvement, and the coffee machine every day with malfunctions Room: Service needs improvement, there was no body soap. The shampoo bottles were used.

We were staying on the 5th floor a non smoking room/level and people smoke all the time, we complained several times the best they can offer is move you to another room Rooms and corridors smell bad from sewage, we complained, they came and sprayed something to lessen the bad smell, but it didn’t work well. Lighting system inside the room need an update for sure. The staff is pleasant and helpful but the hotel is old and renovation. We have got a very good deal almost 50% off The concierge person is very helpful, he tried to offer a good rate.

Very dirty and noisy outside. The road is on repairing. And you will smell disinfectant every where almost cause headache. And I have heard the taxi here always take arbitrary charges so ask the help from the receptionist, but they take a taxi without fare meter for me, the taxi driver changes a lot when I take on the car. Amazing. And the receptionist here can not hear and speak English well.

Nice pleasant stay comfy bed and big spacious room. Will definitely come back

I liked this hotel too much

We booked 3 different bookings and the last one we couldn't use because one of the family members got sick so we asked the hotel to deduct some of the amount and give us the rest but they refused and they charged us the full amount even though we left the hotel more than a week before the end of our booking. Unfortunately, they are so gready and do not care about satisfying their customers/clients.
