The hotel is well located in the Sultanahmet region with attractions like Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace at walkable distance. It is located close to 2 tram stations so commuting to Dolmabahce Palace, Galata Tower and Taksim Square is very easy. Breakfast is amazing with 10 cheese variants and continental style. The front desk is very helpful.

Great location and service

The reception area is congested with luggage bags. The quad room window faces a brick wall half metre away, room is dark and feels claustrophobic. The breakfast is nothing to compliment about, restaurant staff are is rush to clear up. Reception staff were helpful.

Really good hotel close to all important, historical sights.

Very small rooms. We had a family of 4, 2 rooms. They gave us a family block. As a result, in one room the windows were on the wall, and there was no room for 2 suitcases. In the second room it was a little bigger and you could see the city at an angle, well, and the wall too. Then you can reach it with your hand at a height of 175 cm. The bathroom and toilet are shabby. The bed was stained, and the pillow had a hole. They changed everything. We wanted to change rooms right away, they showed us: in one there were no windows at all, in the second you can touch the wall of the neighboring house with your hand from the window. Breakfasts for two days are acceptable, coffee from the Maxwell House 3-in-1 machine. Lots of fruits, vegetables, hot dishes, all kinds of eggs, vegetables, pancakes, and delicious rolls with cottage cheese. Many types of bread and cheese and Turkish sausages.

Although prices in Turkey have risen, it is more expensive than before, but it is good because you can walk to all the major tourist attractions in Istanbul. Considering the complicated traffic situation in the city, I think this is the biggest advantage. Breakfast is also satisfactory.

The shampoo and body soap in the amenities were hardened and unusable. Breakfast was not bad, although they did not offer services such as making omelets and the selection was limited. The air conditioning temperature was controlled throughout the hotel, so it was difficult to adjust it, as it was either hot or cold. The water pressure in the shower was weak.

Disappointed that the window looked out directly onto the wall. The staff greeted us coldly, but then they communicated well, gave a car to the child and even played with him. Overall, not bad. Breakfasts are good.
