Siesta Hotel

Complete disappointment. Based on reviews, we chose a good room so that it would be comfortable and beautiful. The room is dirty. At the entrance there is a shabby carpet, the bar is empty and has never been replenished, pillows with holes and the whole bed with traces of a past life! In the closet there are various hangers stained with something unknown, in the bathroom the glass for brushes is smeared with someone else's toothpaste. The view is wonderful, one point for that, but we couldn’t open the window because the heating didn’t work well. And even with the window closed, I had to sleep in socks. We contacted the reception several times, after the answer “I’ll see,” nothing was resolved. They could not find the remote control for the air conditioner, so turning on the heating was also not an option. The terrace is cool, but there are no breakfasts at all, apparently they are only for the summer, when they pay for themselves. We thought that at least we were lucky with soundproofing, but it turns out that we have it while no one lives nearby. When the neighbors moved in, all the soundproofing was gone. What we paid $600 for a week for is the question.
