location might night be the best if you go out often and has bad feet like mine. its going down hill pretty steep. but other than that, everything is very good. just make sure you do online reservation rather than on spot as they will charge you usd and not lira.

The advertisement for the apartment(Berce Apartment)was fraudulent. Trip.com needs to investigate better and acquire the appropriate information before providing their services to customers. After travelling for hours in the appalling weather with my small children, I was looking forward to resting in my room, when I found out that I had been scammed. I had booked a room accommodating nine beds and breakfast (fake advertisement)but was devasted to learn I was getting two rooms in separate buildings. It was non-negotiable for me as I couldn't part with my young children. I felt I had been conned and was forced to share a cramped, uncomfortable room with 7 more family members. The receptionist asked me to cancel the booking if iam not happy. The trip.com online chat couldn't do much but to keep me waiting for more longer hours.
The accommodation was unclean to an extent that it was full of moulds, leaking toilet and cramped.
I will think twice before using trip.com again.
