Simply amazing location, helpful staff, definitely recommend!

I liked the location, near the metro, tunnel, Istiklal street. You practically don't need to walk, you leave the metro 100 m and you're in the hotel. It's very convenient to get from the airport by metro, with only one change. The hotel is quiet. There are no noisy bars nearby. If we're in Istanbul again, we'll stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights. I was very pleased. The hotel is clean, the rooms are small but cozy. The location is perfect in every way. The hotel itself has a warm, family atmosphere, very friendly staff. Thank you. I already want to come back!

The door is very small, there is no elevator, you have to walk up the stairs to enter, and the hot water ran out halfway through the shower. But the owner is nice, I forgot my phone, and he contacted my friend to get it for me

I entered Turkey after a long transit stay. It's very convenient, only about 1 minute from the station, but it's uphill so it can be a challenge if you have large luggage. The room was compact but the air conditioning worked well and I was comfortable. The counter staff spoke fluent English and were very helpful. The Wi-Fi was intermittent and slow, but since I was only staying one night it wasn't a problem. It faces the road and the soundproofing is poor so there is some noise. If it bothers you, bring earplugs. Overall I was satisfied.

The boss gave us a room with a terrace. We liked it very much. There was enough hot water and it was very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. The room was also very quiet. The hotel provides airport pick-up and drop-off services (for a fee). Very close to the pedestrian street. Bring your own: adapter, sandals, toothbrush and toothpaste. There are no paper towels in the room, but there are paper towels in the bathroom. The location of the hotel is accurate and very easy to find.

I stayed at this hotel 2 times. The biggest plus is the location. Really, it’s impossible to imagine anything better. It’s a minute from Istiklal, not far from Fatih, and the metro is nearby, it’s very convenient to get to the airport; Despite the fact that everything is nearby, it is quite quiet here; The guys at the reception are very cool, especially the guy who works at night. They will always help and advise. The reception desk is open 24 hours a day. I was very worried about this, because I arrived late and got to the hotel only at 12. Next time I will stay here again, for me it is 10 out of 10 in terms of price-quality ratio.

Todo muy bien

Good for a night, decent place to stay for a short time. It's very basic and quite small but it's clean and the staff are very polite. It's got shower gel/shampoo plus coffee/tea etc it's got the standard stuff you'd want for a night or two. I'd recommend it if you're looking for something affordable.

Good value for money. I stayed for a single night so can't say much about the hotel, but the room, service, and location are perfect with a nice friendly staff. Overall had a good experience with the perfect location to explore Galata and Istiklal.

Very bad expirience with hotel. Worst expirience in Turkey actually. Very disappointing. We booked hotel room for couple and arrived 2 o'clock in afternoon. Staff was saying that our room was not ready and we need to wait 40minutes. From bad to worst we was waiting more than 2 hours outside in heat. When I complain about, waiting issue staff was very offensive and rude. He shauting and pointing finger on my. How nice us that? Also a earing in Turkish language (he thinks that I don't understand) Avoid this terrible place, don't book this filthy place please. Save your time money and nerves. Thanks for reading.

Hotel has grat location, only few hundred meters from GalataTower. Room was spacious and very clean. It is equipped with kettle fridge , tv and aircondition. The mattress was also very confortable. Staff was very kind and they speak English well. They helped me carrying my suitcases to taxi. Would come back in my next visit to Istanbul.
