"The hotel lobby is very beautiful and the location is also very good. The rooms are relatively old and the lighting is average but the area is quite large. But don't eat in the hotel! The waiter in the breakfast restaurant saw that I was Asian and took me to the worst seat! ! ! ! Take other white people who didn't make a reservation to sit in the good seats inside! The male waiter in the restaurant is 100% ******! ! ! !"

We always check Gooogle maps or Waze apps to see the best route to where we want go before heading out. Ride Share: You can take Metro Flex an on demand ride share for the same price as the bus to Downtown Renton or the Rainer Beach light rail station. Light Rail: You can take the light rail to the airport or Downtown Seattle. The Rainer Beach Station is an 8 minutes drive. Airport: Depending on demand pricing, we often take either Yellow Cab or Uber to the airport. It takes less than a half hour and should cost you roughly $25.00 plus tip. ► We can accommodate up to 10 guests but we think the house is more comfortable for 6 guests. ► Children with parents are welcome BUT note that the house is NOT child proofed in any way. ► Please comply with all the hot tub rules posted on-site near the tub. ► Please no excessive noise, music or rowdy behavior that might disturb the neighbors, especially when using the hot tub and the outdoor area. ► The alley leading to our 2 onsite parking spaces is unpaved and bumpy which can be challenging for low clearance vehicles to navigate. ► Instant hot water dispenser can "spit" if opened full blast so keep children away from it. ► Depending on weather, the outdoor solar lit pathways can be dark later on at night. Please be careful. ► In cold/icy weather nearby side street can get thick ice. 64th Ave S however is plowed and/or de-iced for a good alternative parking are for the couple days a year this kind of weather is an issue. The house sits on a bluff about 150 feet above waterfront and is separated by a treacherous overgrown path. A peaceful retreat awaits you from the moment you pull into the driveway. Utilize the driveway for parking for up to 4 guest vehicles. Please note the garage is not available for guests use and there is no street parking available. This charming and luxurious home is equipped to host 12 guests with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. This home has recently undergone a total home remodel, touching nearly every inch of the home. Enjoy fabulous furnishings and incredible amenities. While there are many adventures to be had outdoors, our home is equipped with endless entertainment possibilities for all ages. Utilize the in-home gym to maintain your fitness routine while away, which includes a treadmill, weights, and bench. There is a game room that features a pool table, games, books, and kids toys. With a fully equipped kitchen, we aim to eliminate the hassle of cooking in an uncharted kitchen. Enjoy meals all together as a family in the dining area, which is able to seat 10 guests for endless laughter. However, we also recommend exploring the fabulous local cuisine during your stay as well. There are a total of 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms in the home. The master bedroom, located on the main floor, is equipped with a King bed and features an ensuite bathroom and outdoor access. Many of the bedrooms have 180 degree views of the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains (weather and cloud cover dependent). 3 of the guest bedrooms feature their own full ensuite bathrooms. Among the guest bedrooms you will find 1 King bed, 3 Queen beds and 1 Full with a Twin trundle. The outdoor features are just as luxurious as those you will discover indoors. There is a large lawn and patio, great for entertaining. Utilize the BBQ Grill to shake up dinner, surrounded by stunning panoramic views.
