Overall, it's pretty good. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. The facilities are a bit basic though, and the curtains don't block out all the light. They claim to have breakfast, but it's just cookies, fruit, and coffee. The location is excellent, really convenient, and within walking distance to Pike Place Market and the Space Needle.

Hotel overall is a great location and you are certainly paying for that. The lobby, waiting area, etc. are super nice. The rooms on the other hand while clean have dated/pull out couches that are not great. The bed was clean and comfortable enough but I wouldn't say any better than your standard travel lodge hotel. The closet shelf barely head the weight of the room safe on it and the safe door wouldn't stay closed so that was poorly placed. My biggest gripe is the bathroom for a 175+ dollars a night i'm expecting a spotless nicely kept up bathroom. The bathroom vent didn't work at all nor had any way of turning it on. The ceiling was very low and crappy office type paneling and had a fire sprinkler over the tub! The flooring, counter top and shower walls are marble which is nice but I don't think the staffing knows how to properly take care of marble because my room, and two of my other friends' bathrooms were all the same the marble had a yellow/green tinge to it like it needed a heavy duty steam clean or scrubbing. The shower head was also horrible and needed replacing too. Overall you're paying for location as you're walking distance to Pike market place and other down town stuff but for the price the hotel commands not sure its worth it. Not a horrible place by any means and it worked and was clean just expected more of the room accommodations.

The hotel on the sea is just outside the sea. The scenery is very good at night. There are luxury cruise ships leaning at 30 meters away from you. The service is also very good. Meals are not used. Parking valet park 58. One night trip is convenient for the airport. It was half an hour old hotel but it was renovated inside. Next to it is the first Starbucks in Pike Place.

My experience at this hotel was a mixed bag. **The Good:** The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The front desk staff was also very friendly. They upgraded me to a higher room type at a great price during check-in, and the high-floor ocean view room was fantastic, even offering a view of Mount Rainier. The room amenities were also perfectly fine, and the room size was adequate. **The Bad:** The housekeeping service felt like an invasion of privacy. I had hung the 'Do Not Disturb' sign before leaving, but they still entered to clean the room. I hadn't put my valuables, including cash and jewelry, in the safe that day (a lesson learned for next time), and my personal belongings were also left out. I was very upset when I discovered my room had been entered. There are no cameras on the hotel's guest floors, not even by the elevators, to prove whether or not I had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign up. However, after I complained to the hotel, the housekeeping staff actually lied, claiming they had asked me in person before I left if I wanted the room cleaned and only proceeded after getting an affirmative response. Lying takes this to a whole new level of problematic. **Overall:** The Ctrip hotel butler service was good and a definite plus. However, the hotel's housekeeping service was truly disappointing. From now on, I'll definitely be more vigilant about protecting my belongings when traveling.

Nice location. Very close to the Space Needle, downtown Seattle, Pike Place Market, and more. There are some homeless people gathered nearby, though. The room was clean and big enough. Especially, I liked the small kitchen area, where I was able to warm up some food I bought at the supermarket.

The room was pretty comfortable, but the curtains were terrible and kept getting stuck, making them easy to break. However, you can ask the front desk to help fix them! The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, and since it was during the World Cup, there were a lot of people, so we had to queue for a long time.

Down the hill from downtown Seattle so expect a walk/uber in to the city if you’re going that way. Also no fan in bathroom which kind of sucked and the TV wasn’t working. Otherwise, next to the water which was really nice. ALSO $100 a night deposit for up to $500 for 5 nights+ so be aware.

It's located halfway between the Space Needle and Pike Place, and you can walk to both, so it's very convenient. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have all the amenities. The room I stayed in was connected to the next room by a door (it was locked and couldn't be opened), and it was noisy as the room next door was rattling around trying to open it. Breakfast is nothing cooked at the hotel, just refrigerated burgers, bread, yogurt, Boiled* and fruit from Costco. There are cafes in the area that are open from morning, so we recommend eating breakfast somewhere other than the hotel.

The Ace hotel has never been disappointing. I have lived in NYC before and now come to Seattle to decide whether to choose this one. Breakfast is not bad, homemade waffles are very interesting. 10 minutes walk from Pike Market.

The hotel's front desk service is very good, the room is clean, and free bath salts are delivered to the room. When checking in, the front desk will give 2 bottles of water and a welcome drink. Guests will be provided with a free glass of red wine from 5 to 7 o'clock, and free delivery to nearby attractions. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are bus stops and supermarkets within 100 meters. The room we stayed in this time also happened to have a little view of the Needle. Recommended for those traveling to Seattle to consider staying here.
