Appalling. On 2nd night there was a RAT (MOUSE) in our friends room on the same floor 431. Having informed reception they were moved to another room on the same floor near the gym. We were helping them with moving stuff- on my entering 420 room I spotted movement of something running across, I informed the staff member who was helping with the move (think it was Amit). He was on the floor looking under the bed with his torch when the RAT darted out from under the bed and ran across the room. HI screamed and jumped on the bed. This is a total heath and safety issue. The hotel has a a rat infestation. This was the end of our holiday- the rest of the stay we could not settle and had a sleepless night. We were not happy to even dine in the restaurant as the kitchen could also be a health issue. On questioning another member of staff we understand that this hotel had a rat issue- why was nothing done about it? The hotel should be CLOSED, pest control and safety issues dealt with. It HAS to be cleared by health officials before being opened to guests.

Our friends who booked independently via another booing site have taken photographs which they will be forwarding. We felt absolutely sick on leaving the hotel and the rest of our stay in Jaipur was marred by this experience as we were suffering from sickness and diarrhoea.
We demand a full REFUND ON OUR STAY as it was a horrifying experience and was a risk to our health.

The staff behavior was very polite( Mr Aakash was assigned to us) and the property is very beautiful. Ms Shweta the receptionist was very kind and helpful. Pool area was great and room was very clean and spacious. There was bar as well which is great to chill out at evening.

Best experience ever , Avi mam welcome us in the reception and even she arranged our rooms 2 hours before ( early check in ) , out pet tara enjoyed and played with her 😅 , the food service was excellent , payal served us so many varieties of breakfast 😊. Akash from the housekeeping department cleaned our rooms on time and he was very polite . Great hospitality , great ambiance, pet friendly. really a 5 start experience . highly recommended.👌

The hotel was very nice and specially service very good and the housekeeping staff member name sonu was very good in service its very nice place i visit. I live very log here about 4 month so its feeling like home because the bonding with their staff.

Liked the hotel and it’s cordial staff specially Akash and Manoj. Hotel location is good for travelling around Jaipur. Didn’t try food at hotel as price were exorbitant, a lot of good cafes are nearby available for dinning. Sunday hotel only lack in amenities rest it all checks.

Sunday Hotel in Jaipur (March 3-9, 2025) was a delightful experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and remarkably peaceful, ensuring a restful stay. The food was consistently delicious, a real highlight! The rooftop swimming pool offered a refreshing escape with great views. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable visit to Jaipur.
