I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the kind and handsome staff greeted us warmly, helped with our luggage, and even upgraded us to a beautiful, spacious room with stunning views. He also surprised us with some snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the egg dish😊, I’d love to know the recipe if the owner sees this review!😂 On the second day, when we were preparing to climb Mount Fanjing Shan, the staff went above and beyond by providing us with gloves and a raincoat, as well as offering us a lift. Their generosity and attention to detail truly made our trip so much more comfortable. We had such a great time and are so grateful for the hospitality. I highly recommend staying here. P.S. Location, location, location! It is only 200m walk away from the queue entrance of Fanjing Mountain. If you are taking the direct bus from Tongren Station / Tongren Bus Station, you shall alight at the Fanjing Mountain Tourist Information Centre and the homestay is just about 250m away. As we are foreigner and unclear of which direction to walk to, we contacted the boss to pick us up. The boss assisted with our luggage and guided us patiently on the directions. He suggested us to pay Zhaisha Dong Village a visit if time permits. The boss even drove us back and forth to as there isn't Didi service up in the mountain. The room of the homestay is spacious, clean and new. The boss and his father are super nice and enthusiastic. Fanjing Mountain is grand but has lots of bugs and mosquitoes. So do remember to bring along your insect repellent.

On this trip to Mount Fanjing, thank you for letting me find this treasure B&B. The decoration style is very stylish and tasteful. The location is very close to the east gate of the scenic spot. It is built near mountains and rivers. The yard is uniquely and interestingly decorated. There is even a swimming pool where children can play and swim. It is very pleasant to relax in the public area while drinking tea, petting the cat, admiring the beautiful scenery and blowing the mountain breeze. I chose the Bianhua Family Suite, which is large in size, clean and tidy, and the decoration style is very suitable for babies. The lady boss was super nice. After receiving us warmly, she prepared tea, coffee and fruit plate for us. She also made special rice noodles for breakfast and the baby’s favorite egg fried rice. When we climbed the mountain in the morning, we were specially sent to the entrance of the scenic spot. In short, the service is perfect and the environment is great. I recommend this place!

It was a wonderful hotel stay! Definitely not your everyday corporate type of hotel but the standard was of that! Owner was super nice. Brought us around the area for a tour, introduce where to eat and wat to look out for as well. Will definitely come by again next time!

The hotel is very close to the entrance of Fanjishan park ,just 10 minutes walking .The room was very comfortable, with the characteristics of a five star hotel, the breakfast was very good, particularly the noudols soup with mushrooms and peanuts and the bao buns both sweet and savory. All the staff were exceptional showing kindness and caring took care of us: the cook who cooked the soup at the moment, the maid who washed our clothes for free and above all the hotel manager Ao Bo who overcame every language barrier and took care of anything we needed in the room and in general in the village during our stay, and finally arranged a taxi for us to Tongren station. Thank you all!

The mountain was closed when I went there, so I was not able to enter the scenic spot. The merchant also informed me in advance, which was a bit regretful. It's probably because there weren't many people around. The entire surrounding hotels were empty and there wasn't much to eat. The air conditioner in the room is not powerful. After blowing it all night, there is no heat at all. It is really not suitable to go there in winter. After the snow fell around the scenic area, it was really beautiful, very beautiful.

I thought it was a homestay, so my expectations were not too high. But to my surprise, it was really nice here, very relaxing, and the service was very thoughtful. My husband and I were very satisfied, and the children liked it very much. The interior was very clean, with new sheets, and the boss also upgraded our room, which was more convenient. If I had time, I would really like to live in such a small courtyard, climb mountains, and drink tea. I ate directly in the courtyard at night, with three dishes and one soup, and the taste was really good. I had been out for a few days, but I didn't expect that the best dinner would be this. I had a small beer with my husband, and it was so pleasant. I went into the mountain in the first wave in the morning. There were not many people, so I finished it quickly. For the first time, I felt that living in the scenic area was the most correct choice! I sincerely recommend it to everyone! You will know when you come here. Like 👍

I’m proud to be the first to review this great hotel. First the location. I don’t think you can get any closer to the entrance… it’s literally the 3rd hotel from the entrance. It took me 7 minutes to walk to the entrance at a leisurely pace. Next the excellent staff. Super service answered all my questions prior to my arrival regarding tickets to Fanjing. I was also late to check out and come down from the mountain because of the rain… they were very understanding. The room was also spotless. Super modern… with this really cool shower system that was unique but intuitive. This is a new hotel and as of July 2025, the hotel has only been open for 6 months. The room was pretty much exactly as it looked like in the photos. The only thing western travelers may find odd is that the first floor is an authentic Chinese restaurant which you have to walk though. For me it was a festive entrance every time! Overall a great bargain.

The room at this price is the best. There are many tour groups when we go to Fanjing Mountain. Ctrip can upgrade the room type for free, but there is no upgradeable room type, so it cannot be upgraded. Although the room area is small, it is enough. The girl at the front desk was gentle and told us that there were no tickets for the scenic spot. She suggested that we get up early the next day to buy tickets. We thought that it was not the peak season and we could not buy tickets, so we got up at the normal time. The bed in the room was very comfortable and clean. The only bad thing was that the hot water was not hot enough. We went to the restaurant for breakfast at 8 o'clock, and there was basically nothing to eat. The hotel is still very good. There are two restaurants next to the hotel, so it is no problem to eat on a self-driving tour.

This is the most cost-effective homestay I have stayed in during my trip to Guizhou. It has parking lots, elevators, and complete room facilities. It is very close to the Fanjing Mountain Scenic Area, but not in the downtown area. It is by the river and has a good view. The boss and his wife are very enthusiastic and try their best to meet the various needs of customers. If you need to eat, it is recommended to eat directly at the boss's house, without going to the scenic area. The boss's food is very delicious, the steamed pork with rice flour is also made by himself, and the local chicken soup is very fresh. I have eaten sour soup all the way from Guizhou, and the sour soup fish here is the best. The sour soup tastes very good, it is really very good, I recommend everyone to stay here!!!
