Hotels in Xinhui District, Jiangmen

We have spent a five days trip with family members for Chinese New Year holiday. It is really a magnificent hotel with excellent location and with very high standard of cleaness. This is seldomly found in this rank of the hotel. The breakfast is tasty with all my favorite stuff. One of the facilities I loved it very much is their self laundry service which gives me a great help on washing as well as drying all daily dressed clothes at the same day. Thus, I can bring much less clothes for the trip with worry free. The room style is iconic and cozy to stay with all daily necessities needed. More importantly, the washroom has a high degree of pravicy. This will be very suitable for family members to stay in the same room. Also, the entire hotel is maintained in a brandnew condition as I have stayed few years ago. Lastly, there are numerous restaurants proximity to the hotel, so, we can grab food to eat very easily.

The hotel is at the foot of Kuifeng Mountain. The environment is good and the facilities are complete. It has smart home, but the accuracy is not enough. The living room panel can often control the lights and curtains in the room, which is a bit embarrassing. Then some details of the service still need to be improved. The front desk forgot to record the breakfast into the room card, and the old lady got up first to eat and almost didn't eat! Then the so-called lake view room was blocked by the large shed on the first floor. It was useless to note the high floor. But the service staff were very good and enthusiastic, which gave people a very warm feeling!

The hotel is in a very good location and it is very convenient to visit the surrounding parks. There is a revolving restaurant on the 20th floor, where you can enjoy the city view while drinking tea. The staff at the check-in front desk were enthusiastic, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the stay experience was very good!

There are several public fast-charging charging stations open to the public at the entrance of the hotel. The location is quite satisfactory. There is a place for morning tea on the first floor. There are also places to play in the building. There is a free laundry room and dryer. The sound insulation in the room is very good and there is no noise. Pass it in. The free breakfast noodle soup is delicious.

Pros: Got the room upgraded to a bigger one with better view, I believe that’s one of the benefits being a C-trip Gold member. We used the  laundry room self-service in the evening, however， we were too tired to keep waiting for the dryer to stop working so we called the front desk to request someone to help us to remove the dried clothes after midnight and they did it nicely !  really appreciate! Cons：the guy who cooked the noodles acted really impolite and very weird!  when me or other guests greeted him saying “Good morning !” in Cantonese to him, he didn’t greet back to anyone at all! Neither had eye contact to anyone, just keep having his back to the guests without facing to anyone , even when he was not busy but he rather facing and staring to the stove and kept stand still for very long time,,  when I was the only one guest waiting for my noodles in soup there, I kept waiting for more than 10 minutes and every time when I asked him how long it would take or how long do I have to keep waiting ? he did not reply me at all! So the next morning I did not go to him for the noodles anymore! when I complained about this to the front desk when I checked out, two receptionists there told me that the guy acts weird in front of them and other employees the same way too! One lady said Yes he didn’t talk to people normally …. If he doesn’t like his job, just go work somewhere else and let someone else who can smile to people and greet to the guests to get that job !

Facilities: The hotel is equipped with a self-selected Western breakfast that tastes good Hygiene: The room is very clean and the room aunt is very polite. Service: The front desk service is very attentive, and the lobby also provides many free services.

The location is convenient, close to shopping malls and restaurants, and can be reached in a few minutes by car. The overall hygiene is good, the room layout is reasonable, and the environment is quiet and noise-free. However, there is only one robot for delivering meals, and the waiting time for delivery is slow. 

The location is convenient. It only takes 7 minutes to walk to Wanda Plaza. There are a few shops downstairs for daily necessities, and there is a self-service washing machine. If I arrive early, I can immediately arrange a room for me. However, the road construction downstairs of the hotel is in progress, so it is not convenient to bring children.

The hotel is located at the foot of Guifeng Mountain, one of the famous scenic spots in Xinhui! A natural oxygen bar! Fresh air! The one-bedroom and one-living room type has a very good visual effect, whether it is a mountain view or a lake view! The hotel also has hot springs, swimming pools, parent-child water parks, and you can also enjoy Guangdong morning tea and Xinhui tangerine peel banquet in the restaurant! It is an impeccable resort!

this Hotel was a 5star before 10years ago not now , so you shouldnt expect like a five - star hotel amenities, cleanless or services , you should cosider what you want to then choose it, in this Hotel you have any things that you need except refrigrator and air conditioner annoying due old age , but if you are here for business this hotel is a good offer you couldnt satisfied and you will like it , from 5 years ago each time come Xinhui this is one of my best choices
