"Every time I travel, this is my go-to hotel. The front desk staff are warm and thoughtful, and check-in is super quick. The environment is absolutely wonderful, elegant, and comfortable, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The bedding is soft and cozy, and the service is excellent. A special shout-out to the beautiful proprietress! The hotel offers breakfast, coffee, and ice cream, and parking is free. It's conveniently located, offers incredible value for money, and is highly recommended."

"We are from Canada and this is our second time staying here. We were here last year with our elderly father in law and we very much enjoyed our stay so we decided to stay here again on the Executive Suite level. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoy the daily breakfast and then the included tea time, dinner and laundry service package which is fabulous and all for an unbeatable price! They even replace a button on your shirt if needed when they do your laundry! The heated multi-functional toilet is nice. Communication is not an issue as some staff speak English or we use our translator app with no issues at all. Amazing service! We quite enjoy the Gladden Hotel."

"Facilities: This is a newly opened hotel, so all the facilities and equipment are brand new. Hygiene: Excellent! Being a new hotel, there was no unpleasant smell upon entering. I'd say they did a great job with odor removal and using aromatherapy. Environment: Perfect for business trips. It's very close to the high-speed train station, just a 10-minute taxi ride, costing only the base fare. Service: Great! They made me feel right at home and even upgraded my room type for free. The experience was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip."
