Guest UserTSINGPLE Hotel is in Kaiping City centre next to Vanguard shopping centre and conveniently located. Abundance of restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance and also close to a river.
Hotel services are great with good amenities such as breakfast buffet and many small items in the lobby free of charge such as candies bandages eye glasses cleaning tissue paper. Free laundry with detergent.
Some rooms have smoking smells recommend hotel to have some nonsmoking rooms.

The location is fantastic! Super close to Liyuan Garden and Tianxia Liangcang Bookstore.
Facilities: The room facilities are really top-notch, no complaints at all. I'd suggest the owner consider installing an EV charging station, that would be even more convenient.
Hygiene: All the in-room amenities were spotless.
Environment: Couldn't ask for more, just check the pictures.
Service: The owner and the lovely ladies working there were all wonderful. We even exchanged WeChat, and they were always ready to help and cooperative.
I'll definitely be back!

Fantastic stay! The water pressure in the room was excellent, making showers really enjoyable. It was very quiet, so I slept soundly. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, was delicious and filling, and they even had freshly ground coffee, which really brightened my morning. The self-service laundry was also super convenient, clean, and hassle-free. Overall, a really good experience, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

The location is great and easy to find, with a shopping center across the street for convenient dining and shopping. There's also a large parking lot. The room was clean and tidy, with smart devices that were easy to use. The bedding was comfortable and the environment was quiet, leading to a good night's sleep. The only downsides were that the room was a bit small and the rooftop service wasn't perfect.

The room's ventilation and scent were the most pleasant surprises. I had expected a closed space to feel oppressive, but upon opening the door, I was greeted by a faint, pleasant fragrance—not a strong aromatherapy scent, but more like the refreshing feeling of natural ventilation. Later, I discovered the windows could be opened, and with the fresh air system constantly running, it didn't feel stuffy even with the windows closed. The bathroom exhaust fan was particularly effective, quickly drying out moisture after a shower, keeping the entire room dry and free of dampness or musty smells. During my three-day stay, I woke up each day to exceptionally comfortable air.

You can park at the door, the room is spacious, the bathroom is independent, and it is not far from nearby tourist attractions. About 3 kilometers. The lady at the front desk was very nice. There is quite a lot to eat nearby. There is a restaurant downstairs where you can have tea.

Anonymous UserFacilities: Very complete. Just bring your own food, seasonings, disposable bowls and chopsticks. Staying in the villa allows you to make delicious meals like at home. It also has its own yard for barbecue.
Hygiene: Generally OK. But the bedding is a bit old
Environment: Quiet surroundings. Convenient parking. We had 5 cars parked at the door of the villa without any problems. It was convenient to pack up. The children loved the swimming pool and slide the most. They had a lot of fun.
Service: Butler Ajun was enthusiastic and responsive.

The mattresses are very comfortable to sleep on. The sheets and quilts are very clean. Anonymous UserHighly recommend! It's not far from Chikan, and even arriving after 10 PM from there isn't too late. I slept really well. The beef offal noodles a short walk downstairs were delicious! We each added an egg and ordered an extra pound of beef offal – a truly lavish breakfast, haha.
