"Traveling to Jiangmen with kids, this hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and bright, the bedding soft and comfortable. Being on a high floor, the view was expansive, and the ventilation and natural light were excellent, making it incredibly reassuring to stay with a baby. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and even proactively recommended a guide for fun activities with kids at the Corridor Ecological Park. With a cute pet area and plenty of non-powered play facilities, my child didn't want to leave. The entire stay was superb, with great attention to detail and prompt responses. It's truly a top choice for family trips, offering incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Jiangmen. Highly recommended!"

"Facilities: Standard for a 7 Days Inn, what's impressive is that even though this hotel has been open for a while, it still maintains a consistent standard, which is better than many older 7 Days Inns.
Hygiene: Visually, it seems okay, but for some reason, there was a strong smell of smoke everywhere, from the elevator to the room to the bedding.
Environment: It's located near an old district in Jiangmen city that's over thirty years old. Parking is convenient.
Service: There was no service to speak of. I'm not sure why this hotel still charges a deposit? I haven't paid a deposit for a hotel stay in many years. It's ridiculous, I can't imagine what in this hotel would even be worth that deposit? 🙄"

When I booked the ”Xingya” villa, I saw that no one had commented on it. It turns out that it was newly launched! The facilities are new and sanitary, and are exactly as described! There are two hot spring pools and a swimming pool with a slide. Butler service was prompt and helpful! Will stay again if there is a chance. Most of the villas in the surrounding area are still under construction, so the view is not very good. But it is also relatively quiet!

This hotel is located in a peaceful area far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Environment is good. The breakfast is varied and mainly served Chinese food. The room is spacious and clean. The only setback is the lady who served at the noodle station was a bit rude to the guests. I think she should be trained properly on how to serve the guests. Other than that, everything is fine.

Very good! The housekeeper is very considerate, and the swimming pool is clean and hygienic. The greenery is also very good. The Taishan breakfast is delicious. I will come again next time. Hahaha

It is a bit far from restaurants. You will have to drive. It has table tennis which you are allowed to play for an hour each day. Breakfast has some variety, however they do not change their menu in our 3 nights there. It is an older hotel but clean and comfortable. Views of the rice farm are incredible from our room. Reception do not speak English.

I am not from Taishan, but I have spent New Year's Eve at Taishan Kangqiao Hot Spring Resort Hotel for eight consecutive years. I just like the hot springs and fireworks here (the hotel has not set off fireworks for two consecutive years...) Facilities: The hot springs are great. There are not as many people this year as in previous years, and the hot spring locker room is not crowded. There are more water play facilities, which is very suitable for families with children. In summer, a new area will be opened outdoors, and there will be a lot of fun. But I still like to find a small pool to soak in quietly. The guest room is still the same, and the area is quite large. Hygiene: This year's cleaning is really commendable. We went out for breakfast and the cleaning was done. It's great👍 Service: In previous years, I booked through the hotel front desk and was given a room on the fifth or sixth floor above the lobby. This year, I booked through Ctrip and was actually given the ground floor (2nd floor). After communicating with the front desk, I was changed to the fifth floor. I was actually given the last room on the fifth floor of Building A, which I had never stayed in. The balcony faced the abandoned Xiangjiang Hot Spring. Let alone watching fireworks, there was not even one more village.

The online listing said it was the best hotel in town, but when I got there I realized it wasn't a joke. The other hotels on the island were really run-down; this was the only one that looked like a proper hotel. 😂
