Grace Spring Hotel

I booked a family room here for the ***** New Year because it had high ratings. The room decor was decent, but the bathroom had a slight odor, and the shower light was too dim – it definitely needs to be brighter to prevent accidents. Although the hot spring area has many pools, a lot of the hydro-massage equipment was broken. Besides the high water temperature, I didn't find many other highlights. I suspect the high ratings are for the rooms with water slides, which are great for kids, but for adults, I don't think it offers great value for money.

Over the past couple of days, the customer service from Xiao Yu has been excellent. She patiently answered all our questions and did her best to resolve any issues. Since it was Chinese New Year, the hotel had a fantastic lineup of activities, which my child absolutely loved. However, perhaps because of the holiday, the room cleaning was a bit haphazard.

The rooms with water access lead directly to the hot spring swimming lanes, which is super convenient. During Chinese New Year, the farm had evening games, performances, iron flower displays, and fireworks. We were very satisfied with our trip!

The room was very spacious, and I could see the hot spring area from the balcony. You can enjoy unlimited hot spring baths, and the water quality is excellent. We also visited the Scarecrow Farm to see animals and admire the flowers. The parking lot is huge and free.

This hotel is great! The location is superb, right off the highway exit. Although the hotel is a bit older, you can tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining it. The service is excellent, the rooms are very clean and tidy, and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are also quite spacious, and all the facilities are well-maintained and operational. The breakfast spread is abundant, and the hotel has a lovely Southeast Asian vibe. Check-in was efficient, and they proactively added me on WeChat to send the restaurant menu, which was a nice touch. The prices weren't more expensive than outside, and the food tasted delicious. Oh, and they have EV charging stations directly at the hotel, which is super convenient. Highly recommend!

The hot spring area is definitely a highlight! 👍 The water quality is crystal clear and feels very clean. The pools here are also quite large, and there's even a hot spring swimming pool. It's so pleasant and comfortable to swim in the warm hot spring pool when the weather is cold. The staff also frequently offer guests ginger tea. We also enjoyed camping at the Scarecrow Camp, where we had tea by the stove and made mud-baked chicken, which tasted really good. The only downside is that the room decor is a bit dated.

The hot spring water is very clean, and the environment is lovely.
