I booked several rooms. I was really satisfied with the rooms arranged by the hotel. The overall style, facilities, equipment, environment and other aspects were excellent, especially the service. I will come again if I have the chance.

The room was very clean. The proprietress had turned on the air conditioner before we went there. It was very good. After we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that the room type was upgraded for free. We will stay at this hotel again next time we come to Xitang.

The room is generally good and clean. It is also a new decoration on the old building. You can see that the store owner is very attentive. The store owner will take the initiative to contact you before you go. You can get discounts when buying tickets. You must buy tickets to enter this scenic spot, so it is better to ask the B&B owner to help you save trouble. The floor of the room I stayed in was a little subsided, but it did not affect my view of the balcony. You can go out if you want during different time periods in the scenic area. Maybe the cost performance is not very high to some extent, but if you have fun out, you can't buy it no matter how much money you spend, so you can make choices according to your needs. The store's other riverside rooms are also good, and the price is cheaper. Just choose according to your needs.

Service: This is the best! We went there on Saturday afternoon, there were so many cars, no parking spaces, the boss went to find a seat for us and directed us to park. We left on Sunday, a car was blocked and couldn't leave, the boss also went to contact the owner for us, really good! The boss and the boss lady were all smiling, I will stay again next time

You can see the riverside scenery when you open the window, which is very nice. The boss is also very nice. When we checked in, we couldn't find the place and the boss came out to pick us up. When we left, he also sent us to the intersection. The recommended Youyicun Restaurant is the best restaurant we had in the ancient town. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

Excellent
GGuest UserI booked a loft room on the 11th, with upper and lower floors, 5 people, not crowded. The room is clean and has 2 balconies with good air and beautiful views. It can have convection and wind. It is very cool during the National Day, so there is no need to turn on the air conditioner. No mosquitoes either. The bed is big and soft. Have a good night's sleep.
The interior design has a natural feel, and the decoration is tasteful, not the simple street decoration. The bedside is very atmospheric. The bathroom is not very big, there is only one, but it doesn't matter if the whole family uses it separately.
The entire hotel has four floors, and you don’t feel tired even if you go up the spiral staircase. On the contrary, it is very artistic.
There is a small Zen-like pavilion on the first floor, where two people drink tea and watch the flowing water next to them, which is quite artistic.
The boss is very warm and considerate. Karaoke is available on the second floor. There is also a barbecue grill. I bought ingredients from the nearby pot circle, barbecued, sang, and played board games. It was very pleasant.
The Huazhiyu Hanfu experience provided by the hotel is also great. It's brand new, free to wear, and you can take photos yourself. It will be a blockbuster.
There is no food in the hotel, but there are enough internet celebrity stores nearby.
A satisfactory stay experience, recommended.
GgirlfromarsWe had an amazing stay at Naera. We stayed in a few different hotels during our visit to Shanghai and this was by far the best. Room was large with a huge bathtub and a closet and packed with all the amenities we needed, including LOTS of bottled water, including Evian, fruits, snacks, bath supplies, a Dyson hairdryer, stationery for the kids including a magnifying glass, etc etc. The back hotel is also linked to a modern (gentrified) part of the water town with cool pop up booths and shops. It’s also a short walk to one of the entrances to the Ancient Xitang town. Staff were also warm and nice. We also went to the Organic farm but was let down by the drizzle = not much activities for the little one. Only downside I can think of is that the menus / maps provided etc are all in Mandarin and playroom, while clean and large, was totally packed and chaotic. Would love to be back.
GGuest UserThe hotel is clean, the boss is enthusiastic, and the small courtyard has Jiangnan characteristics. It is more than 300 meters away from Xitang Ancient Town. Highly recommended
TTeresa_LuThe three furry kids in the hotel are all big and strong, with garlic hair all over their bodies. The boss is also very enthusiastic. He prepared a table of breakfast early in the morning. It's enough for everyone to eat. After eating, they go out to have fun.
GGuest UserSharing the real experience of staying in
1. The hotel bought tickets for NT$70 each, with the same size and price, but I didn’t buy one of them, which resulted in a long wait at the entrance of the scenic spot, which was unreliable.
2. Booked a parent-child room, the beds can be joined together very conveniently, 3 meters 2 large and 2 small is very spacious. But the hygiene is really not complimentable, the floor is really dirty.
3. The check-in attitude at the front desk was very good, and they gave popcorn snacks when they saw children.
4. The room I stayed in was close to the elevator entrance. At 1 o'clock in the middle of the night, there was yelling and laughing in the corridor. Many rooms were awakened, and the hotel did not respond.
GGuest UserThe room is big and clean. The only downside is that the front desk number in the room cannot be dialed. You can only use your mobile phone to call. This hotel has its own flower sea park, but the facilities are a bit old and there is an extra charge. It is a bit hard to describe. It can only let the children kill time. The water quality of the hot spring is not very clean, but fortunately there are enough pools, and it takes one or two hours to soak in each one slowly. The rest area is too small, but the food there is pretty good, and the charge is not particularly expensive... Overall it is okay. A suggestion: There is a Dyson hair dryer in the room, but it can only blow cold air, and it feels very cold in winter.
MMr xiaomuI chose to come to Xitang for New Year's Day. I spent the Spring Festival in Xitang ten years ago. After several comparisons, I chose this hotel to stay in.
The hotel staff provided good service. They would contact and push the parking address in advance, and wait for the arrival time to be confirmed. They would greet and lead the way after driving to the hotel on the same day.
The hotel is located in the scenic area of Xitang Ancient Town, not far from the core area. You can go back to the hotel to rest when you are tired. The decoration style of the room is also very consistent with the temperament of the ancient town. I specially booked a room with a balcony and got up early in the morning to welcome the first ray of dawn in 25 years!
TTreeTeeQuirky, beautiful beyond belief, and peaceful, this hotel offers tranquility and comfort within the walls of Xitang Ancient town. Spotless room, quality bed linen and great temperature, the staff is at hand for any questions or needs and always very helpful. Room is not dressed down every day, which would be nice. Water is provided, but there is no coffee in the village so bring with if you like for breakfast. An overall excellent experience in an authentic setting. Highly recommend.
22211004125It takes about 1 hour from Shanghai to the hotel, which is very convenient. 1. The rooms in hot spring hotels are special-shaped, with high ceilings and good air conditioning performance. The bathroom is relatively large and has a private bath. The private bath is staggered with the opening hours of the hot spring downstairs. For example, the water temperature is very good in the morning. But the private hot spring pool did not have any washing tools, and it was not cleaned very well. There were some unknown long hairs floating on the water, and I have short hair 😫. The shop across the street from Room 8301 keeps playing music, which is very annoying. See the video for details. The hotel's underground garage is poorly managed, see pictures. The biggest advantage of the hotel is the hot spring downstairs. Next time if you go there again, you can try to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel next door, which has an electric car to take you to the hot springs. 2. Speaking of hot springs, when it rains, you will be soaked in 10 minutes because there is no awning. There are also few racks for hanging bathrobes that do not block the rain. The facilities are in urgent need of upgrading!
AAnonymous UserThe garden homestay in the center of the scenic spot in the scenic area, the yard is very large and beautiful, the room is large, the equipment is good, clean and bright, the bedding is very comfortable, the boss warmly reserved a parking space for us in advance, the intimate service, I feel very warm, a good stay experience! It is worth recommending friends to come, I will definitely come to live here next time!
