The room is on the first floor along the river, and there is a homestay being renovated across the street, so it is a bit noisy with the window open and there is a smell of paint from time to time, but there is nothing we can do about it as it is not the hotel's fault. The service staff are also very kind, except for the auntie who makes noodles for breakfast who looks very resentful...
