In other five-star hotels, when there are many guests on holidays and weekends, what I hate most is the breakfast, which is a mess everywhere... 👍👍Even though there were many people at the breakfast in Nanhu Hotel, there were special waiters who kept asking if we wanted coffee or black tea. This is unimaginable in domestic five-star hotels (except six-star hotels). From this service detail, we can see that the service of Nanhu Hotel is satisfactory👍

The experience of staying at the All Seasons Hotel (Wanda Store) was not bad, the hotel's environment was clean and tidy, and the rooms were well equipped. The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful and makes people feel very warm. The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The location of the hotel is also very good, very close to the Nanhu scenic spot, and the traffic is very convenient. Overall, the stay experience is very satisfactory, and I will choose to stay at the all-season hotel next time I come to Jiaxing.

A superb value hotel. Highly recommended. Newly renovated, the hotel is stylish and refined. Even during the May Day holiday, the prices were acceptable. The hotel is quite spacious, which helped disperse the crowds, so it never felt noisy. The business twin room, at 40 square meters, is generously sized and very comfortable. The garden outside the gym is also quite beautiful. Cross the bridge directly opposite the hotel, and in about 5 minutes, you'll reach Haogu Pagoda. Climbing the pagoda offers panoramic views of the entire South Lake. There's a beautiful greenway around South Lake, with weeping willows and clear blue waters, making for a very pleasant stroll. Turning right from the hotel, a 10-minute walk brings you to the Zicheng Ruins, with the Grand Cathedral right next door. A tram station is conveniently located by the cathedral. Xiexi Street is located behind the hotel, and a 15-minute walk will bring you to the famous Shaomai eateries there. Just to the right of the hotel, there's an ice cream shop. Their pecan ice cream is delicious, and their lemon-chili flavored ice cream is surprisingly amazing. Also nearby are a Wufangzhai specialty store and a cozy cat cafe. The hotel breakfast, priced at a very reasonable 38 RMB per person, offers great value. It includes live cooking stations for noodles and wontons, as well as fruit salads, freshly brewed coffee, and kid-friendly options like cereal and yogurt. Yuehe Street is also within easy reach. Hotel parking is free, and there are ample spaces, even during long holidays. Overall, highly recommended!

Ambiance: Good. High-floor rooms offered great views, and having a shopping mall right downstairs was very convenient. The surrounding area also felt quite new. Cleanliness: Very good, no noticeable issues. Facilities: Subpar. The air conditioning made a weird metallic clanging noise when on high. The plastic tissue dispenser was cracked, and the soap dish constantly had standing water, making it impractical. Service: Disappointing. For a luxury hotel, the service was quite subpar. 1. Most staff members did not proactively greet guests. I found it particularly awkward when housekeeping staff would just stare rather than acknowledge you in the hallways. 2. Food deliveries had to be collected downstairs, as there were no delivery robots or staff to bring them up. When asked, staff recited a standard, rather unhelpful explanation: 'Because our hotel doesn't have robots, and delivery drivers aren't allowed upstairs, you have to come down to collect your order.' This felt like a completely meaningless excuse. 3. Even at the delivery pickup point, staff members would see guests approaching but continue their personal conversations inside, not even bothering to help open the door. Breakfast: Quite poor. There were hardly any meat options, primarily carbs and vegetables. Drink dispensers were left empty for long periods without replenishment. What was truly unbelievable was seeing children riding scooters or bikes inside the restaurant, completely unsupervised.

The room is a bit small in the bed, but it is barely enough to stay for one night, and the office area is also very convenient. But I have to complain, the towels are too old and dirty, although it is not useful to go out, but such old towels are estimated to be seen in a small county in Tibet. Last week, I went to Henan to play in a small hotel. It was much cleaner than this towel.

The hotel is beautiful, with a unique design and is also very clean. The upgraded room faces Nanhu Lake directly. The air is fresh in the morning and the birds are singing. At the same time, I also gained love here, and I am very grateful for the hotel's help. The breakfast is also beautiful and delicious. I will come again next time!

I tentatively asked a staff member if I could borrow some towels to take back to the room first, and without a second thought, they agreed. This level of flexibility and understanding instantly made us feel as comfortable as if we were staying at a friend's home. Whether you're looking for lively fun with the kids or a relaxing break for the whole family, this resort handles it all perfectly, offering both beautiful lake views and warm hospitality.
