The room is bigger than expected, and it is very clean, unlike some express hotels, there is a big smell when they walk in, and it is fragrant when they walk in. And it is actually equipped with a small refrigerator hhhh. The view is very wide. The TV is Xiaomi's and you can watch some new TVs, which is very convenient. The young lady at the front desk is also very good. Seeing that our three girls arranged a high floor for us (* ・ｖ・), I will consider staying here next time.

Jiaxing Ramada, a big international hotel brand, has excellent hardware facilities, spacious rooms, reasonable layout, complete facilities, normal operation, and professional service. Two small gifts were given when checking in. The breakfast is very rich and tastes very good, which is worthy of praise. But the female service staff at the front desk on the 3rd floor seemed to be a little confused. I had already reported the room number to get breakfast, and the same waiter came to ask me again if I swiped the card. The disadvantages are that the location is relatively remote, and there are not many people around, mostly government agencies and public utilities. There are few people on the road at night, and there is a lack of commercial facilities. The gym and swimming pool are outsourced and stop operating at 8:30 pm, which brings great inconvenience to customers. 

A very perfect stay experience. The breakfast is rich in variety. There are 3 to 4 kinds of stir-fried vegetables and mushrooms, which are refreshed every day. The room size is just right. There is a desk and a small sofa for resting. Living on the 19th floor, you can see the bustling night scene from the big window. The waiters were polite. Surprising price. Very nice. The location is also very convenient, you can easily walk to the canal for a walk.

Since the hotel was newly opened in January, various facilities are still relatively new. But the service may not be able to keep up. 1. When I first moved in, I found an obvious stain on the bed cover. The housekeeping manager brought an aunt to change, and the aunt came in casual clothes. The problem-solving attitude is good, but it seems a bit unprofessional. 2. There was a problem with the room design. I booked a superior room and upgraded it to a deluxe room. As a result, the bathroom door faced the bed. And the bathroom smells very bad, and there is a smell when you enter the room. I left the ventilation on for nearly two hours, and the smell was even worse when I opened the door. Later, the hotel upgraded me to an executive room. I personally think that no matter what level of hotel, the most basic hygiene must be done well. Encountering him twice in a row always affects your stay experience. 3. At breakfast the next day, when I went in to pour the milk after half the meal, there was no waiter. I also saw my auntie hiding in there eating during the day. 4. There were 4 girls at the front desk after checking out, so I understood that there were interns there. But it seems disorganized. The hotel was very good at resolving the problem. They gave me a large bowl of fruit to apologize for the stains on the bed cover, and upgraded the hotel to a different room and gave me a breakfast for the odor problem in the bathroom. Perhaps the service staff in newly opened hotels and those that have just celebrated the Chinese New Year are unstable, and many places appear unprofessional. If you don’t care about service, the hotel facilities are relatively new. This is for reference only.

On the second day of check-in, I experienced the e-sports hotel of the hotel. It was OK. The internet speed was OK. Because it happened to be windy that day, I stayed in the hotel for a day and slept for a day. The bed was very big, but there was a problem. When I asked Xiaodu to turn on the light, the curtains opened together. Hahahahahahahaha. Overall, it was OK. The midnight snack was also delicious. I ate it for two days in a row. The breakfast was OK, but there was no ice cubes, no toast, no toast, nothing else. The price-performance ratio was OK. The bathroom floor was a little cracked, nothing else! I still have to praise it once. It was very attentive. There were makeup remover oil, gel cream, facial cleanser, and underwear laundry detergent. It was very attentive. It was just that the hotel laundry room was too popular. I went there five or six times and it was always full. Finally, I gave up and went to another hotel to wash.

I think it’s ok, but I have to race early in the morning. The car is parked in the hotel parking area on the first floor of the shopping mall. I can’t get down by the elevator at 7:30. It’s locked. I asked the front desk to let me take the stairs from the second floor to the first floor. Upstairs, she would be terrified and dark with her children, but there was no exit on the first floor, and I walked from the second floor to the lobby on the first floor.
