I highly recommend this hotel. It’s the second time that I’ve stayed here and if I come to Jiaxing again, I would stay here again. Breakfast is very good, room is spacious and clean. Perfect place to choose if you come for a business trip.

Very new hotel, not far from Nanhu scenic spot. The bedding is great, I slept soundly, parking is convenient, you can park on the ground or underground, the staff's service awareness is also good, and their attitude is very nice. It would be better if the breakfast could be richer.

Since the hotel was newly opened in January, various facilities are still relatively new. But the service may not be able to keep up. 1. When I first moved in, I found an obvious stain on the bed cover. The housekeeping manager brought an aunt to change, and the aunt came in casual clothes. The problem-solving attitude is good, but it seems a bit unprofessional. 2. There was a problem with the room design. I booked a superior room and upgraded it to a deluxe room. As a result, the bathroom door faced the bed. And the bathroom smells very bad, and there is a smell when you enter the room. I left the ventilation on for nearly two hours, and the smell was even worse when I opened the door. Later, the hotel upgraded me to an executive room. I personally think that no matter what level of hotel, the most basic hygiene must be done well. Encountering him twice in a row always affects your stay experience. 3. At breakfast the next day, when I went in to pour the milk after half the meal, there was no waiter. I also saw my auntie hiding in there eating during the day. 4. There were 4 girls at the front desk after checking out, so I understood that there were interns there. But it seems disorganized. The hotel was very good at resolving the problem. They gave me a large bowl of fruit to apologize for the stains on the bed cover, and upgraded the hotel to a different room and gave me a breakfast for the odor problem in the bathroom. Perhaps the service staff in newly opened hotels and those that have just celebrated the Chinese New Year are unstable, and many places appear unprofessional. If you don’t care about service, the hotel facilities are relatively new. This is for reference only.

Jiaxing Ramada, a big international hotel brand, has excellent hardware facilities, spacious rooms, reasonable layout, complete facilities, normal operation, and professional service. Two small gifts were given when checking in. The breakfast is very rich and tastes very good, which is worthy of praise. But the female service staff at the front desk on the 3rd floor seemed to be a little confused. I had already reported the room number to get breakfast, and the same waiter came to ask me again if I swiped the card. The disadvantages are that the location is relatively remote, and there are not many people around, mostly government agencies and public utilities. There are few people on the road at night, and there is a lack of commercial facilities. The gym and swimming pool are outsourced and stop operating at 8:30 pm, which brings great inconvenience to customers. 

If you are Japanese and going to Jiaxing, this hotel is definitely the place for you. There are Japanese restaurants in the area where you can speak Japanese, and restaurants where you can eat authentic Chinese food. The lobby has just been renovated and is very clean. The rooms are average, but there are laundry and gym facilities so it's not a problem. I will use this hotel again next time.

I give this hotel a full five-star rating! The check-in experience is very good! Let me start with the front desk. As soon as I arrived at the hotel and finished the check-in procedures, I was told about the breakfast time and reminded that there was a midnight snack (Picture 3 is the midnight snack wonton, which is not bad). I ordered takeout at night and I thought I could only pick it up downstairs, but the front desk reminded me that it could be delivered upstairs. Later, when I ordered takeout again, the robot delivered it to my door, which was very convenient. The above is enough to show that the service awareness is strong. The room is clean and tidy. Of course, I am used to bringing my own four-piece bedding. In Figure 4, you can see the bed covered with flowers. Figure 1 is the breakfast place, which has two places, indoor and outdoor. If you feel stuffy indoors, you can sit outside and enjoy the breeze and the buffet.

The hotel is a budget hotel and the service attitude is very satisfactory. The road in front of the door is under construction, the ground will be dusty, the leaves are not beautiful, but it does not affect travel, sleep at night, and it is very quiet. It is estimated that at most half a year, the overpass will be repaired. If you drive, it is very convenient to go to the scenic spot. The hotel is very close to Yuexiu Market. There are Golden Arches and kfc at the intersection, and there are relatively large supermarkets.

Facilities: [Hotel name] is like my safe haven during my days of wandering in a foreign land. When I first arrived at the hotel, I was a little exhausted from the journey. The lady at the front desk not only enthusiastically served me a cup of hot tea, but also thoughtfully helped me upgrade my room, which instantly lifted my originally low mood. The room has a wide view, overlooking the night view of the city. The lights are just coming on and it is beautiful. During my stay, the housekeeping staff cleaned the room spotlessly every day and left me little sweet notes to remind me of weather changes. The hotel also provides a free gym and laundry room with brand new facilities, which are very convenient to use. This unforgettable accommodation experience has made me more attached to this city. I sincerely thank every staff member of the hotel and look forward to seeing you again next time!

Parking and shopping are very convenient, and the surrounding Yaojiadang Park has beautiful scenery! The breakfast is delicious, the service is very good, especially the front desk receptionist, especially Miss Wang, who is very attentive, considerate, serious and responsible!
