The standard and service is top notch, my booking came with breakfast. Food served was buffet style, offering both Asian and Western cuisines. I had a very good rest during my stay in the hotel, and will definitely be back again :) Ps, also received a small goodie bag upon check in, tqsm!

The room is generally OK, very big, health is not bad, although some old, but the staff control has a problem, at night a drunk man came up, knocked on the door, most of the night was very scary.

I drove back to Shanghai during the May Day holiday and decided to stay there on short notice. Ramada is excellent in all aspects, with good facilities, quiet and comfortable, and good breakfast. Tea is also served when you rest in the lobby. When you check out, they will take the initiative to give us mineral water and tell us that it is hot and we can drink it on the road. It is very considerate. There is also a wall of books in the lobby. I am quite satisfied with the stay. The price-performance ratio is relatively high and it is worth recommending!

Good hotel service The staff is responsible and serious, and they send us fruits every day. The room is cleaned very clean. The front desk, reception, and cleaning are warm and friendly, the service is thoughtful, and the work efficiency is high. If you order takeout, the hotel will send a robot to deliver it, and it will call the room to remind you to open the door when it arrives. 6. Comfortable room I booked a superior twin room. The room is large, high on the floor, and spacious. There is a 2-meter sofa, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The shower water is big, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning is powerful, it is quiet at night, and the sleep is very comfortable. I give 💯 points to Jiayuan Four Seasons Hotel.

I think it’s ok, but I have to race early in the morning. The car is parked in the hotel parking area on the first floor of the shopping mall. I can’t get down by the elevator at 7:30. It’s locked. I asked the front desk to let me take the stairs from the second floor to the first floor. Upstairs, she would be terrified and dark with her children, but there was no exit on the first floor, and I walked from the second floor to the lobby on the first floor. I was going to compete on a rainy day, and I was all irritable! In the end, the uncle in the lobby sent me to the parking entrance, and I walked down by myself, I was so mad 😤

Opened in 2002, this is a 3.5 version hotel. The environment is OK. The Hanting near Nanhu University is quite spacious. The breakfast variety is also good, and the noodle-cooking lady is very welcoming. There are 2-3 young ladies at the front desk who provide good service. 3.5 versions basically have coasta coffee, which is usually given upon check-in. The Nanhu University branch requires you to purchase or use more than 6,000 points to redeem. Isn't Luckin Coffee 9.9 yuan a good deal? More than 6,000 points can be exchanged for a 3-hour late check-out. Overall: Some services are good, breakfast is OK, and hygiene is good (the cooking lady and the room cleaning lady are very good). Forget coffee. The franchisee charges. Next time, I'll check out Yuehe's 3.5 version.

I don't know what the hotel was thinking. It was 25 degrees Celsius outside during the sweltering rainy season, and the air conditioning was off from midnight to 7 a.m., leaving the indoor temperature at least 27 to 28 degrees Celsius. I woke up at 5 a.m., sweating profusely! I went to the front desk and asked the person on duty. He was an older man, a security guard, who was sleeping. He said the air conditioning couldn't be turned on and I had to wait until 7 a.m., but there was no way it could be turned on. He then went back to sleep. I felt embarrassed to disturb him, so I had to go back to my room, feeling helpless! It was too hot to sleep at all! This is how it is for a hotel with a 5-diamond, 4.8-point rating on Ctrip. I rarely give negative reviews, but this time it was unbearable. To save on electricity bills, you should also consider the weather conditions! I won't go into much else.

The hotel service was excellent. From the moment I placed my order, I was contacted by phone and added to WeChat, where they provided information about the hotel's services, such as afternoon tea and late-night snacks. They also provided a clear overview of nearby attractions and their proximity. The hotel is very close to the food court, the Nanhu cruise terminal, and the Catholic Church, all within a 5-minute drive. We had a late-night snack that night, and it was the first time I'd seen a hotel offer free late-night snacks. It was amazing! Their wontons were delicious! Overall, a very nice hotel. I'll be back next time!
