Hotel apartment, fourth floor with owners and regular guests. The room facing the lake on the sixth floor was arranged, the big bed room was 60 square meters, very spacious, and the inner balcony. Because of the convenience of my husband smoking, I wanted to change the room on the open balcony. The security guard ran up and down to show me the room. In the end, the room smelled. The little girl at the front desk was very patient and told the restaurant to eat. The security guard is also very kind and always smiles to help. Parking is very convenient, the ground parking lot in front of the hotel. The room facilities are very new, the health is better, there is a kitchen but can not cook, there is no small refrigerator in the room. There are not many guests, and there is no air conditioning in the corridor on the sixth floor. Next door is Narada Hotel, the Chinese restaurant tastes good and the price is not expensive. I chose to live here because of zero bad reviews and the results were very satisfactory. Give praise.

The elevator buttons are unclear, and the front desk can't be found at once. There is a serious smell in the corridors of the guest rooms, and the rooms are slightly better. The front desk staff was not well trained and couldn't answer the questions asked, and forgot to swipe the card. Toiletries need to be picked up at the front desk, but they are not asked when checking in. No one answers the room service calls during certain hours at night, so you need to go downstairs to the front desk yourself. Breakfast is not a buffet, only Chinese and Western set menus can be selected. All trash cans in the room are not covered with trash bags, and I don’t think it is appropriate to throw away some trash. There are only eight kinds of beverages in the refrigerator, and there is a charge. Obviously I am sorry for the price. The rooms at half the price of Wanda are free. Say something good. The hotel is very clean, and the lake view room can indeed enjoy the entire lake view. Special thanks to the manager Wang of the swimming pool that night who arranged a coach for us and gave us a free experience class.
