Overall, it was a great stay. Staff at reception was polite. The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked it that the hotel building is in some sort of courtyard, so a little removed from the main road. So no outside traffic noise at all. Only downside is that sound insulation between rooms is minimal, so you might hear some noise from people staying in the room next to you; first night was very quiet, but on the second night my neighbours turned on the TV in their room (at a normal volume) early in the morning and I could almost literally hear the words in my room. I do recommend this hotel though and would stay here again.

Good location. The bodyguard was very nice when he introduced us the best local restaurant. He also followed us to show us the way to go there. Only one comment that we booked non-smoking rooms but the hotel gave us the smoking room so the smell was not so good. Please check customers’s request at the check-in time.

The hotel has quite a limited parking spots while the building itself is huge. The room has some kitchen amenities which we did not use but might be convenient for some travelers. We slept through the breakfast so not sure how that was. We asked the reception staff for suggestions for dining out and they pointed out quite a few options which worked great for us. The hotel is in walking distance from one of the food streets but overall location is little away from the center. Alright experience overall.

It's OK. Because it's tourist time, there are a lot of people. But the service is OK. Breakfast is OK. The only problem is that the mineral water is from Master Kong, which doesn't match the star rating of the hotel.

The location is easy to find. Tea and fruit plates are provided in the lobby. However, many restaurants nearby are closed during the Chinese New Year. We randomly found a Lao Xu barbecue restaurant to eat. The taste is OK and the price is not expensive. There were originally two buffet breakfasts, but because we had to catch the train in the morning, we told the front desk lady and changed to a simple meal that can be taken away. The service is very considerate.

The room is clean and tidy, parking is convenient, the front desk service is warm, and the room was upgraded. The heating is too strong, the room is very hot, the breakfast needs to be improved, and there are few food varieties

The room is spacious and bright. During the Chinese New Year, there were candies and fruits available at the front desk. They also gave us a small red envelope. The front desk staff greeted us when we came in and out, which was very heartwarming!
