Fuzhou Four Seasons&Yue Hotel Reviews

As frequent leisure travellers from Australia, this was our second stay at this hotel during this trip, and we remain exceptionally pleased with our overall experience. Location & Transportation: The hotel's location is exceptionally convenient, offering easy access to a vast selection of excellent dining, from local noodle shops to hot pot and barbecue. A metro station providing affordable access to the city centre and beyond is conveniently located just 800 meters away (and is free for those over 65 regardless of nationality). For guests with mobility concerns, we highly recommend DiDi (online taxi service), which we found to be an equally affordable and highly convenient alternative for city travel. Staff Service: The hotel staff consistently demonstrated outstanding hospitality. The receptionists were exceptionally friendly and efficient, ensuring a seamless check-in and proactively providing airport transfer information before our arrival. This high level of service extended to the pleasant breakfast staff and the cleaning personnel, who offered warm and welcoming greetings each morning. Laundry & Amenities: The availability of complimentary and assisted laundry service was a major advantage. This amenity proved highly convenient and essential during our 16-day trip covering Fuzhou and the surrounding area of Pingtan. Room Quality & Layout: We were very satisfied with the room's upkeep. It was meticulously cleaned, and the bed sheets, towels, and linens (including pillows) were all immaculately maintained—a crucial factor in our selection criteria. Furthermore, the room's layout was highly practical and luggage-friendly, featuring a logical and efficient arrangement of amenities. In conclusion, we are highly satisfied with our selection and would unreservedly return to this hotel on any future visit to the city.

My stay was fantastic! Despite my very late arrival, the front desk lady was incredibly welcoming, always smiling and speaking so kindly. I even saw a robot at work in the elevator, haha, and it had such a cute voice! The room was very comfortable too; the bed's firmness was just perfect. When checking out, I was in a rush to the airport and hadn't booked a car. The front desk lady informed me about the airport shuttle service. She patiently showed us a mini-program to check schedules and buy tickets, and even helped us with the booking. It was only about a 10-minute ride from the hotel to the shuttle stop, and I smoothly boarded the airport express, haha, it was both fast and affordable! Their service was truly exceptional and so genuinely helpful!

This truly feels like a culturally-themed hotel. The lobby, located on the second floor, is bright and spacious, and I absolutely loved that it was stocked with a great selection of books for guests to read. You could easily spend an entire afternoon there, curled up with a book on a window-side sofa, which was perfect as it was hot outside and I didn't feel like venturing out. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, offering iced water and even asking if I'd like a popsicle. They were also very friendly and chatty, and when I inquired about local attractions, they readily provided several recommendations. Downstairs, there are plenty of local eateries, and some even had special promotions and discounts. Overall, I was quite pleased!

Highly recommend for families with kids! The service was incredibly warm and attentive. As soon as they saw our child, they immediately offered a picture book and a children's toiletry kit, and even gave a small toy upon check-out. The family room was spacious enough for our family of three, and it was spotlessly clean, which was very reassuring. Breakfast offered a great variety, including adorable cartoon-shaped steamed buns – our little one loved them so much they ate three! The gym was quiet and well-maintained, perfect for a peaceful yoga session. The facilities were quite comprehensive; if you're unsure how to use any of the self-service amenities, the friendly staff at the 2nd-floor front desk are always ready to help. The hotel is located near a subway station that connects to the city center, but as we were driving, this wasn't an issue for us. The weather in Fuzhou was fantastic during our stay, and the sky here was absolutely stunning!

The complimentary travel tips from the front desk were incredibly useful, and they even told us about a fun 'check-in for a free popsicle' promotion. The overall service and staff attitude were excellent. The subway station is conveniently within walking distance, and the roughly 800-meter walk was perfectly manageable. Our room had a sensible layout, was quite spacious, and came with all the necessary facilities. Both the gym and laundry room were very convenient to use!

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. My friend and I were even given complimentary room upgrades, and the bathtub was quite spacious, easily accommodating two people. The price offered excellent value for money, especially compared to other hotels of a similar standard. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Highly satisfied! Even though we checked in quite late, the front desk staff, noticing we had children, generously offered a complimentary room upgrade. While not in the absolute city center, the location is wonderfully quiet and convenient for shopping. What's more, parking and EV charging were completely hassle-free! Overall, it truly exceeded our expectations and offered excellent value for money.

The room was an absolute delight – surprisingly spacious with cozy decor. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the bedding was spotlessly clean, fresh, and even had a faint, pleasant scent, ensuring I had a fantastic night's sleep. The facilities were also a major plus, being super convenient. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, the shower head delivered strong and consistent water flow, and the toiletries were of good quality.

Excellent hotel with great service! The place was spotless. I was here for the Tea Expo on a business trip, and its location near the Tea Museum was perfect. I'll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended! There are also lots of convenient food options downstairs.

I rarely leave reviews, but the exceptional service at this hotel absolutely warrants one. As I occasionally travel to Fuzhou for business, I've stayed at most of the 5-star hotels near Fuzhou South Station, and they've all been pretty average. This hotel, however, is new, with great facilities including a laundry room, gym, and plenty of underground parking. The EV charging stations and self-service car wash are also a huge plus, making things incredibly convenient. The staff's service attitude is also excellent, especially the slightly taller lady at the front desk whose service was truly exceptional. She came to my room to pick up my laundry and even delivered it back in the early hours of the morning. To avoid disturbing my rest, she thoughtfully hung it on the doorknob. Such attention to detail was truly impressive. Dining options downstairs are also very convenient, with a variety of restaurants catering to different tastes. The hotel also provides a breakfast with a wide variety of options. Most importantly, the rooms themselves are clean and comfortable. Overall, I'd say it's one of the best value-for-money hotels near Fuzhou South Station.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, only about 10 minutes from the South High-Speed Railway Station. It's fully equipped with facilities, and I absolutely loved the gym – perfect for both cardio and weight training! The rooms are spacious and bright. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

The hotel offers excellent facilities; the gym is fully equipped and perfect for daily workouts. The breakfast buffet is diverse, featuring a delicious selection of both Western and Asian cuisine. Its location is superb, being very close to both subway and bus stations, making transport incredibly convenient. Additionally, there are shopping malls and food streets nearby, making dining and shopping very easy. The staff were friendly and efficient, handling check-ins/check-outs quickly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends!

We were upgraded to a room on a higher floor. The room was spacious with a fantastic view. The amenities were comprehensive and quite modern, and everything was spotless. Both housekeeping and the front desk staff provided excellent service. Even though we went for breakfast quite late, we still managed to enjoy Fuzhou's local specialty, 'Laohua'. Underground parking is available, and the hotel's location offers convenient transport links, making it very easy to get around. Overall, my stay was very satisfying. Upon check-out, we even received a complimentary olive juice.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even offered a complimentary room upgrade, and a relaxing soak in the bathtub afterward was truly rejuvenating! The complimentary jasmine tea in the room was also incredibly fragrant. I liked it so much that I asked the front desk if I could have an extra packet, and they promptly arranged for housekeeping to deliver it. A particular highlight was sitting by the bay window in the evening, enjoying the night view with a cup of tea – it was incredibly relaxing! I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next business trip to Fuzhou!
