The front desk upgraded the room. The room is very large, the space, lighting, and atmosphere are great. The facilities are also very new, with dry and wet separation. The service, hygiene, and environment are very good. In short, I can’t choose. The price/performance ratio is very high, and there is also breakfast. The variety is rich and the taste is very good. If I have to pick one problem, it is that the location is relatively hidden, but it guarantees quietness. The hotel's appearance is average, and the interior decoration is also quite satisfactory. It can reach the level of three or four stars. But the service is very good, helping to send luggage to the room and recommending delicious restaurants. The good night sweet soup served in the evening is also good, with yogurt and fruit, full of sincerity. The breakfast variety is average, but the waiter will take the initiative to ask if you need hot noodles. The service is very good and deserves five stars.

This hotel ended up being so much better than i expected. It was very affordable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is so clean and the rooms are spotless, comfortable and nicely decorated. The security was very kind and attentive as well. I really enjoyed my stay here.

First let me start by saying when you stay at this hotel make sure you book a room on the west side of the hotel, floors 6 and up. When we just arrived we got a room on floor 5 (a budget room, so just pay a bit extra for a better room) and it just didn't feel clean and the toilet didn't work, but the staff were so nice the upgraded our room to the 7th floor and the room there were clean, spacious and really nice.
The staff helped us with everything during our stay, and organized a taxi for us at 4:30 in the morning and they could speak some English
Overall I'd say this is a great hotel to stay at when traveling to stay a couple nights.

This hotel really made my stay in town. They went above and beyond to help me with directions, help me get some deliveries I needed after I lost my chargers elsewhere, and to make me feel welcome, despite my complete lack of the language. The cleaning staff were some of the friendliest I have encountered, and the fruit they dropped off was a nice touch. Definitely recommend this place - it’s well located around restaurants and parks.

I accidentally chose Chenfeng Hotel and received a pleasant surprise from its service. First of all, the hotel has a pick-up service, which is very friendly to guests traveling independently. The manager called to communicate the pick-up details before we arrived at the station. I didn't expect that the manager was a pretty girl. She drove a BMW X6 to pick us up in person. She took the luggage and recommended delicious food along the way. She was meticulous and thoughtful. Looking at her small body, she really gave a lot of energy. I have to give her a thumbs up 👍🏼. Secondly, we booked a standard room. When we checked in, the front desk lady saw that we were a family of three and upgraded the room. She carefully replenished the toiletries and sent the children breakfast. This service is really meticulous. The hotel room has good heating, clean and hygienic, and good sound insulation. Highly recommended!

I booked a room for a business trip. It is located in the city center. There are many restaurants around the hotel. I don't have to worry about eating. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. The check-in experience was great, and free drop-off service was provided. Every service staff I encountered was warm and thoughtful, so I would like to give it a thumbs up. The room is very clean, the bathroom is large, and the wet and dry bathrooms are separated. Any problems will be solved immediately. The attitude is very good. I like it. I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Jiayuguan.

RryuichizwjIt’s my second time to stay at James Coffin. It’s a unique hotel. The smell of coffee can be felt when you enter the door. You can drink coffee for free. It's just that the room in this hotel is relatively small and it's a bit difficult to get around. Everything else is pretty good. The hotel is relatively close to Guancheng Scenic Area, about 4 kilometers away by car, and it is convenient to eat nearby.

They speak little or no English (as everywhere) but communication worked, also with translator app, and they were helpful and attentive. For me, location was very convenient (next to the railway station (the one I used), a city bus hub, e.g. to the fort, and some food options)

The girls at the front desk were very nice (the recommended Xiaohua and Dapangzi, Huguo, Xingpi tea, and beef noodles were all delicious, and the hotel location was good, not far from these places). They also upgraded our room (thank you again). The guest rooms were very clean, and the corners of the bathroom were very clean. Whether it was the room staff or the front desk, they would greet the guests and respond to the guests' needs. It was great👍... The shampoo, shower and hand soap in the room all smelled very good, and the most favorite thing was that the pillows were so comfortable (I want to know what brand it is)
I almost forgot to mention the breakfast. The restaurant was clean and sanitary, and the dishes were rich!
I forgot to take pictures of the guest rooms in a hurry, but I will choose Starway Hotel in the future

GGuest UserHuili Business Apartment. Like the name implies it caters more for businessmen. If you don’t have a car it can be a bit of a hassle to get around. Though taxis are a good standby. As a 4* hotel it is huge and expansive. The hotel is clean and well-maintained though a bit dated. Nevertheless the room I was given was well equipped for a good night’s stay. The staff were helpful and tried their best to help with queries though one of them was a bit clueless. However the much touted night market was a letdown. It was quite a walk away and did not seem to be functioning fully. At night the whole area is aglow with attractive twinkling lights making the hotel look like a fairyland. I have nothing to complain about the hotel because I paid a very good price to stay here and they even allowed me a late check-out!

However there were around 10 mid-size blue spots on the white bedsheets that looked very suspicious
The walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything the other bedrooms are saying… Or doing…
Additional details that is not that important but the accumulation makes it annoying is that there is no bathroom matte so it’s quite slippery when you leave the shower

Transportation: Very convenient. There are shared electric vehicles downstairs, making it easy to go anywhere.

GGuest UserIt was already midnight when we arrived at the store. We set off early in the morning and it was really just a night’s sleep. Value for money is okay. Don't choose the one with breakfast. There is no breakfast in the store. Dong Laishun next door provides it. If you have the time, you might as well eat it yourself.
