Front desk tone unfriendly and annoyed when she could not find the booking in the system, stating they were fully booked and did not offer any solutions, despite being shown the hotel booking confirmation. Finally resolved when another colleague assisted. No apology for the delay after.

The hotel is as good as always, and the price does not increase during the Spring Festival. It is worth recommending. It is very convenient to Changbai Island and Longtan Mountain. 酒店優點：高層的江景房確實風景很好，出門就是江邊。 缺點：早餐太差，種類本來就不多，還供應不上，連碗筷子都供應不上。儘量不要加錢在這吃早餐 再説服務，帶着長者孩子特意加錢定的2間高級的江景房，結果到了之後説有一間給免費升級了商務間，房間是大了，是五樓有遮擋，風景不好，兩間房又不在同一層。跟服務人員説我們不要升級，還是原來的房，結果説沒有了，最後我們選擇跟長者住一層，江背面的普通房間，服務員還補了一句，你這差價我們可不退。整個服務給人感覺就是非常不舒服。這麼美的吉林市，停車場五一都免費，可惜酒店服務沒有跟上。
