Chose the hotel due to the river view from the room. However, check-in experience was disappointing . Staff came across as inexperienced and arrogant. Front desk tone unfriendly and annoyed when she could not find the booking in the system, stating they were fully booked and did not offer any solutions, despite being shown the hotel booking confirmation. Finally resolved when another colleague assisted. No apology for the delay after.

First choice for business trips in Jilin. It's close to the train station and only takes 8 minutes to walk. The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is varied and very suitable for my taste. The front desk is friendly and enthusiastic. Every time we come, they will take the initiative to help us with our luggage. It's really a good hotel

Very surprised that as an international chain this hotel has no room service. For international traveler without local phone number it is impossible to book food delivery online. By international standard this is a lower end 4 star hotel in terms of amenities and service. The front office double up as concierge.

There is a drunkard street around it. Unfortunately, there are not many restaurants open during the Spring Festival. I have to complain a little. I booked a twin room and breakfast was only for one person. In short, the hotel in my hometown must be rated 5, and I hope more friends from other places will come to stay.

For food lovers, it’s worth mentioning that the hotel is just a short walk from 新兴园饺子, a famous local dumpling restaurant. The proximity made it easy for us to enjoy some of the best dumplings in the area without having to travel far. Overall, the hotel provided a great balance of comfort, convenience, and service, making it a wonderful choice for anyone visiting the area.
