I have stayed in a family room in this hotel before, and overall it was pretty good. The choice this time was not as good as last time. I booked it for two days first. On the first day, I contacted them to ask if they wanted to extend their stay and to check out. Later, they told the front desk that the registration and reservation would be answered two days later. To verify, I was tired after a day of shopping and there was no elevator to go up to the second floor. The room card was invalid and could not be opened. I went back downstairs and returned to the front desk. I was told that the front desk made a mistake on the first day. I did not register for an extension for two days and it was invalid for one day. When I checked out, If you want a good review, tell me honestly that you can't give a good review. I made a mistake and made the customer run up and down. The waiter said that the permission is only one per day. Someone secretly stayed in the room without paying the fee. It is really irresponsible. Why didn't you inform me when checking in? I swiped my card every day and didn't tell them when I asked on the phone whether to extend my stay. However, when the customer went upstairs, he found that he couldn't enter the room and went downstairs to give permission again.

After a business trip, I stopped by Jinan to play for two days. The hotel in the off-season is really nice, the price is right, and the service is not lacking at all.
The hotel is in a great location, right next to Quancheng Square, close to Baotu Spring, Quting Street, and Daming Lake. You can walk there. It is in the center of the old city. There are many shopping malls and restaurants around, which is very convenient. It is very relaxing to stay here. The breakfast is also very rich. The service is as good as always. Highly recommended

This trip to Jinan, I am very fortunate to choose this Meihao hotel. The location is perfect, walking distance to all the historical scenic spots, quiet and comfortable than other areas in the city. Opposite the hotel is the moat, and walking at night is very pleasant.
The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathrooms are large and the toiletries are high quality. It is particularly commendable that the hotel does not use the ”disposable” supplies common to most hotels in China, which is very environmentally friendly. The beds are comfortable, moderately hard and soft, the charging sockets are sufficient, and the European standard sockets can be used directly. The laundry room on the seventh floor is very convenient to use.
Our room faces Quancheng Square, and we wake up every morning to see the lively scenes of Taijiquan, ethnic dance, square dance, kite flying and so on in the square. To be honest, we prefer to watch by the window, but unfortunately the big screen smart TV in the room. Although facing the road, the window is closed and the sound is very good.
What impressed me most was their staff. From the front desk to room service, they were very friendly and professional. The room attendants worked very quietly and even if we hung up the ”Do Not Disturb” sign, they would ask if they needed to replenish any items when they met us in the corridor. The warm welcome gift from the housekeeper Xiaomei makes us feel happy!
Special thanks to Xiao Yang, who always greets with a smile at the front desk, and provides great help during our entire stay. The attitude is friendly and sincere, which makes us feel the five-star intimate service. Still hesitant to order with peace of mind.

Room was clean, given fruit platter as a welcome gift very thoughtful. Extra coffee sachet given also…bed was comfy .. they provide Siaotu.. Very good, it is the standard of Atour. The electrical equipment is not the latest and smartest, and it can be seen that it is a bit old. I thought the room facing the street would be noisy, but it is actually very soundproof. The door is very thick and heavy, and I can't hear the sound in the corridor. Although the shower is a bit old, fortunately the water pressure is very high. The light in the room is dim and yellowish, which is not suitable for makeup.
Highlights!!! The underground parking lot does not directly connect to the hotel, and there is no elevator. I am about to collapse when carrying a large suitcase up. It is recommended to unload the new luggage at the hotel entrance first, and then go to the basement. It should be noted that there are one-way streets around the hotel, and it takes a long way from the hotel entrance to the basement.

This is one of the best experience I have with Shangri-la especially the service from the front desk is impeccable! Kudos to Erin王婷!! She’s the best!! She made our trip extra special! Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! When we request for housekeeping or anything, it gets done immediately which is pretty impressive! Once again, thank you Erin for giving us over and above service during our stay!

So I had booked as part of my visit to Jinan. I specifically picked this hotel over others because of the location and amenities it offer. However, even though the location was perfect… the amenities fell short of what the hotel purported. Shower door broken soaked the whole bathroom out. However, they did change and upgraded my room to a luxury room. Very happy with the room. Another reason why I chose the hotel was for the gym… however on my first visit… the treadmill was broken and also the multifunction gym machine was broken…. Not advertised… I stayed for three days and this was not solved…. Very disappointed as I don’t exercise for 3 days… I paid extra for this service as opposed to hotels that didn’t offer this amenity. I will not be back… sorry

Environment: A hotel in the style of the Republic of China, with beautiful scenery from the entrance to the lobby to the courtyard and rooms, the kind that could make a movie.
Facilities: The facilities are complete. It would be better if there were more USB sockets.
Hygiene: Overall it's pretty good. The only shortcoming is the toilet. It was clogged twice in two days, which was the first time I encountered it.
Location: The most recommended place is a hotel on the one-day tour route. Baotu Spring, Daming Lake, Furong Street, and Kuanhouli are all within walking distance. When you are tired, you can go back to the hotel to take a rest.
The disadvantage is that it does not have its own parking lot. The cooperative parking lot can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. It costs 6 yuan an hour and is free from 22:00 to 8:00.

GGuest UserI'm an American here in China studying kung fu for the year and took a trip to Jinan for a short weekend getaway to unwind a bit. I really enjoyed the Atour Light hotel! It's my second time staying in an Atour hotel and I have once again been left wanting for nothing. My Chinese is actually atrocious but the front desk staff was helpful and kind. The room was clean and, I must say, I generally really hate bathrooms and need to wear a pair of slippers just to enter the facility but this has not been the case at either of the Atour hotels I've stayed at. The ambience is great, the amenities perfect for what I was looking for, and the location beyond excellent. Local food stops right outside the gate of the hotel and, if you're a westerner looking for something familiar, McDonald's is right around the corner too. No need for that though, the local feed hits the spot. All that to say, I have no complaints. Great service, great room, great location. 10/10 recommend.

First and foremost, the cleanliness of the room left a lasting impression. Immaculate and well-maintained, it truly reflected the hotel's commitment to providing a comfortable environment for guests. The inclusion of complete toiletries further enhanced the overall experience, ensuring that every essential was readily available.
The hotel's strategic location near Jinan Railway Station and its accessibility to public transportation were major advantages. This made exploring the city a breeze, and I appreciated the convenience it added to my trip.
One of the standout features was the culinary experience. The on-site dining options offered a diverse range of delectable dishes, leaving my taste buds thoroughly satisfied. Although the absence of coffee was noted, the rich variety of other beverage options more than compensated for it.
The toilet facilities were not only pristine but also surprisingly innovative. The sound-proof design allowed for a private and serene experience, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The added touch of background music created a unique ambiance, transforming the bathroom into a personal concert space.
I must commend the receptionists for their exceptional hospitality. Their welcoming demeanor and willingness to assist with any inquiries added a warm touch to the overall stay. It was evident that the staff was dedicated to ensuring guests felt comfortable and well taken care of.
My stay at Xi'an Hotel (Jinan West Railway Station) was a delightful experience characterized by cleanliness, convenience, delectable dining, innovative facilities, and excellent service. I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking a memorable stay in Jinan.

The front desk beauty Xiaogu's service was super enthusiastic, and she also helped me upgrade to a deluxe king-size bed room for free. It was my first time staying at the Oriental Hotel, and the price-performance ratio was so high! ! ! The main thing is that the room price is affordable, parking is free, and I am very satisfied with my stay! In short, it is great!

SSeejuneThe hotel is located right inside the famous Da Ming Hu. You need to wait for the hotel to pick you up from the carpark and the hotel will send a caddy to pick you up. It’s also easy to just walk out to the Main Street which is only 5 minutes walk and you will be in city centre with food and show around.
The view of hotel room is amazing if you book a Lakeview room. It was my 9 year old daughter’s favorite because every morning she wakes up and can see how the huge birds catch fish from the lake. It’s like you are in a zoo.
The room is reasonably clean but a little bit worn out and a little bit small for the standard room. So the hotel videos are a bit of an exaggeration. But overall we love the location and view of the room and we would highly recommend for first time visitors to book a hotel with a view of the beautiful lake.

GGuest UserOverall, the experience was good. The hotel is in a good location, close to various attractions. The hotel is table tennis themed, you can play table tennis and do fitness. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, the hygiene is still good. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The hotel front desk service is great, especially 810.822, and a refrigerator magnet with my name was given when I checked out. The only thing I was not satisfied with was the security guard at the door

Hhhhyun5 stars! ! It was 2 o'clock in the morning when we arrived. The lady downstairs thoughtfully delayed check-out for 2 hours. It felt very good. I will book this hotel next time I come to Jinan East Railway Station.
