房間：家庭房床很大，房間也足夠寬敞。房間都很新也乾淨。床墊是真的舒服！
位置：距離各個景點都不遠。騎行很方便，出門就是單車點，基本上二十分鐘主要景點都能到。在車站和機場中間。
服務：從前台小哥哥姐姐到保潔阿姨叔叔，都是笑眯眯，還很周到。早餐那邊的阿姨人也很好！早餐很豐盛，味道也好～
環境：大廳的裝修很喜歡，多拍了兩張
總之是超預期的～

挑了好幾家店最後選擇住這家酒店，一開始考慮位置合適，入住以後才發現酒店設施維護很好，房間乾淨整潔，每天的自主早餐也很好吃，前台小姐姐接待熱情，性價比很高，到位

設施：馬桶沖的時候會濺水，有點兒噁心，窗户不隔音，晚上根本睡不好，一家三口基本一晚沒睡
衞生：地板有點兒粘腳
環境：附近的吃飯和購物的地方很少，不方便，離大明湖一千多米，走路還是有點兒遠，距離其他景點更遠。
除了大廳環境不錯，其他都不行，早餐説是48一位，前台給推薦了一個活動説衹需20，結果根本不怎麼樣，品種少，還不好吃，不推薦帶早餐，不推薦入住。

空調沒有制熱功能，前台説要給我加個被子？？建議冬天不要來，因為衹會給加個被子，會被凍四。早上八點樓下傳來剁餃子餡的聲音，然後兩個保潔大媽在對面聊天大笑，關門都能聽見。隔音非常的差，開門跟她説小點聲我們在睡覺，還在大笑，給前台打電話讓她們小點聲都沒有用！我們住了三天，三天都不換床單。

一進大廳就被震撼到了，佈置的很豪華，房間設備也很齊全，還設有洗衣房，洗衣服很方便，工作人員的服務態度非常好，臨走的時候還給我們拿了兩瓶温温的水，下次還會來的

酒店位置好，出門打車公交都很方便，去大明湖公交車3站路，連住了兩天，期間先期入住的代碼有點味道，前台工作人員不厭其煩得帶我們看了幾個房間，及時更換，下次來濟南還住這裏。

如家酒店依然如家一樣，床墊、枕頭都很舒適，房間設施完好，沒有異味，服務主動熱情，可以不限量的免費提供瓶裝水。酒店的位置也很好，有停車場，打車、公交都很方便。

酒店提供免費的地暖，非常暖和，對比其他空調的酒店要好很多，不乾燥，很舒適，酒店整體設計裝修，很高大上，非常適合打卡拍照，酒店的工作人員也很熱情
