I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Good variety of Chinese and western food in breakfast and in dinner buffet. Ms. Dou Qin Qin and Mr. Troy and in the restaurant speak good English and they were very helpful and supportive.

Housekeeping people are very nice. Huge hotel for attending the conference. The room is fine. Bed is comfortable. But it’s not very convenient, no restaurants, convenient stores, etc. nearby. Need to walk 20 mins to a mall. No clock in the room, the refrigerator is not cold, the weighing scale is old style, barely see the numbers.

If Shandong Mansion is rated as a five-star hotel, 95% of other hotels can only be downgraded by one level. The luxury of Chinese culture is unparalleled in details and style. The breakfast is rich and high-end, and the swan pool is pleasing to the eye. There are many high-end Chinese stores in the lobby corridor, involving custom clothing, ready-made clothes, iron pots, jade, calligraphy and painting, tea art, and Shandong specialties. The Sharp TV in the room is a bit small, but the picture quality and sound quality are excellent. The shower water flow is the unique water feeling of top-level products. The garden downstairs is enough for walking and watching for most of the day. Thanks to Xiao Lu at the front desk (if I remember correctly) for upgrading to the 21st Century room type for free!

This time, I stayed at Shandong Hotel with my whole family to celebrate the Chinese New Year. In addition to the incomparable superior environment, spacious and clean rooms, every enthusiastic employee made us feel at home. Although we arrived in the evening, Chen Ying and Duan Yujie, the floor supervisors, came to understand our needs as soon as we checked in, and prepared fruits, snacks and snake dolls for the children. Whether at the front desk, restaurant or guest room, or even the handsome service guy at the door, we face warm smiling faces every day, and we can feel that they take care of us from the bottom of their hearts like treating our relatives. Even before leaving, Zheng Youhao from the front office specially sent us a brand new packing box to help us express our luggage. The 8-day holiday ended in a hurry, and I look forward to going home again next time and staying in Shandong Hotel again!

The hotel facilities are indeed quite old, but fortunately the service staff are very polite and thoughtful, which greatly makes up for this. Whether it is check-in, cleaning or the service staff met in the corridor, I have to give a big thumbs up. The windows on the sixth floor of the hotel can be opened, the slippers are color-coded, the bedside comes with a charging cable, there is a ceiling shower, the takeaway concierge or robot will deliver it to the room, and the night bed will be simply made when going out in the afternoon, and check-out can be delayed until 2 o'clock. The location is good, 3 to 5 kilometers away from the scenic spot. It is inconvenient to take a taxi during the New Year. There is a bus stop about 400m away. If I have to say the shortcomings, the air conditioner is loud when it is turned on at a high level. Although the curtains are electric, they are also relatively old. The room is well soundproofed, but people walking in the corridor can still be heard, and the cleaning of tables and chairs needs to be strengthened.

Many hotels are in business buildings and have no characteristics. The characteristic of Shandong Building is that it is a five-star hotel built for five-star hotels. During the Chinese New Year, the All Seasons Hotel next to Daming Lake was 500 yuan. The key is that it can enjoy five-star service and environment at a civilian price. Environment: Shandong Building is located to the west of Yingxiong Mountain and to the east of Qianfo Mountain. It is 4 kilometers away from Daming Lake. It is next to Jingshi Road with convenient transportation and superior geographical location. As soon as I got off the car, the concierge came forward enthusiastically. The 1.9-meter-tall Shandong handsome guy took the initiative to help carry the luggage and guided me to the front desk to check in. The front desk staff smiled, the service was professional and efficient, and they quickly helped me check in and introduced the hotel's facilities and services in detail. The room is spacious and bright, clean and comfortable, with all kinds of facilities. What surprised me most was that the room facing north can have a panoramic view of Quancheng Park. The interior of the hotel is even more unique. Welcome fruits and handwritten cards were prepared in the room, and the details were thoughtful. The room attendant Liu Hengfang was responsive, cleaned the room carefully every day, and replenished various supplies in time, making my stay very comfortable. The hotel's fitness center can actually swim, exercise, and steam for free. Bring your children to the hotel to play for an afternoon, and every service staff you meet is smiling, and the atmosphere is particularly good. I think it is the most cost-effective and distinctive hotel in Jinan. Highly recommended. By the way, I don’t know the specific situation about some netizens saying that there is no Dyson hair dryer, but my room has it.

During the New Year's trip, our family had the honor of staying at Shandong Building. From the moment we stepped into the building, we were impressed by its elegant environment and thoughtful service. First of all, the breakfast is rich, and the buffet area has a wide variety of food, from a variety of breads and cakes, to carefully prepared Chinese breakfasts such as pancakes and fried dough sticks, to rich fruits and drinks, everything is available to meet the needs of different tastes. What is even more impressive is that the staff learned that we were leaving that day and specially prepared extra meal packs, which made us feel the warmth and care of home. Next, we would like to give special praise to the room cleaning staff. Every time I return to the room, I can find that it has been cleaned spotlessly, the bedding is neat and orderly, and even the small corners have been carefully cleaned. What is even more touching is that under such a heavy workload in the New Year, they will still insist on the warm night bed service. This meticulous service made me feel unprecedented respect and comfort, as if the whole room was full of the taste of home. We booked two rooms for this stay. We left the staff's name in the king-size room and unfortunately did not leave the staff's name in the twin-bed room~ We sincerely thank them for everything they have done for the guests.
