I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Good variety of Chinese and western food in breakfast and in dinner buffet. Ms. Dou Qin Qin and Mr. Troy and in the restaurant speak good English and they were very helpful and supportive.

Housekeeping people are very nice. Huge hotel for attending the conference. The room is fine. Bed is comfortable. But it’s not very convenient, no restaurants, convenient stores, etc. nearby. Need to walk 20 mins to a mall. No clock in the room, the refrigerator is not cold, the weighing scale is old style, barely see the numbers.

Very satisfied, very close to Qianfo Mountain, parking is very convenient, the key is that there is a medical room inside, especially suitable for those of us who are not acclimatized! Next time I come to Jinan, I must stay here again!

The hotel is clean and sanitary, with high-end decoration. The curved design of the corridor makes the room very quiet. The mattress is soft and comfortable, and the view from the high floors is superb👍👍I am most grateful to the beautiful waitress at the front desk. Because of special reasons, I couldn't check out on time, so I applied for a delayed check-out, as well as welcome fruits, chocolate crispy sharks and a handwritten welcome letter from the room attendant (I forgot to take a photo and only remembered it after eating). It's full of details👍👍👍I highly recommend Shandong Building🌈🌈

The basic facilities in the room are very good. The hotel design is unique and upscale. The breakfast variety is very rich, and there are also pancakes, Liaocheng pancakes, freshly squeezed juice, etc. There is a garden in the dining area, and there is a pair of black swans and white swans in the garden. The lobby manager Zhi Haoran is very considerate and enthusiastic. He picked us up and dropped us off when we arrived and left the hotel, and also gave us small ornaments and children's toiletries. Several waiters in the cafe, such as Gao Ziting, Huang Ruirong, and Zhu Meini, all provided good service and prepared take-out food and drinks for us. There are also a few people whose names were not left, so I won't go into details. In general, it is worth staying.

The hotel has better facilities and services than international five-star hotels! The breakfast is extremely rich! The service housekeepers Bai Qing/Jing Yuanqi also prepared bread, yogurt and fruit as snacks. The room cleaning staff Cui Xiaoxiao served carefully and attentively! The hotel has good fitness facilities, the swimming pool is at normal temperature, the temperature is suitable, the floor is heated, there is a sauna, and there is a hot tub!

Seeing me go out to play, they also prepared a few bottles of drinks and fresh fruits for me.
