Reception service is reasonably good, fast check-in, staff are friendly but speaks very basic English, hood enough by China standards. Stayed in the same hotel during opening a year ago, the room condition has since deteriorated but kept decently clean by very hardworking housekeeping staff. Hotel does not have any facilities hence nothing to comment. I stayed for 9 days this time round and the breakfast menu hardly changed throughout, bored with the same offerings after 2 days. Restaurant is very short staffed, with the same lady manning the noodle station & eggs station is also clearing tables. Only 1 staff handling the entire restaurant at most time. Perhaps due to competitive pricing offered, expect to encounter some low end guests with very uncultured behavior. Overall, it's a decent stay and good value for money.

房間乾淨整潔， 設施： 這個房間充滿了温馨與舒適的氛圍。陽光透過窗簾灑在温馨的床上，給人一種温暖而舒適的感覺。房間的地板鋪設着柔軟的地毯，踩在上面彷彿走在雲端一般輕鬆自在。牆壁上掛滿了充滿藝術氣息的畫作，為整個空間增添了濃厚的文化氣息。 房間內的傢俱擺設簡潔大方，每一件傢俱都經過精心挑選和設計，既實用又美觀。沙發上散落着幾個柔軟的抱枕，讓人感覺彷彿置身於家中的懷抱。書桌上擺放着一盞枱燈和一排整齊的書本，提供了一個安靜的學習或工作環境。 空氣中瀰漫著一股淡淡的清香，讓人聞之慾醉。這清香來自於房間內的一盆綠植，它為整個空間帶來了生機與活力。此外，房間內的温度也恰到好處，既不冷也不熱，讓人感受到了家的温暖。 總的來説，這個房間是一個充滿温馨與舒適的地方，無論是休閑還是工作，都能讓人感受到家的美好。

Convenient location. The hotel is located right next to the metro! Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. However, it seems to me that some rooms are suitable only for married couples, since the room with a bath was located exactly between the living room and the bedroom and did not have any doors. In addition to that the shower stall and toilet are connected by one door, so you are unlikely to be able to take a shower and go to the toilet at the same time with the person you are staying🤣

There is an elevated road on one side of the hotel and a railway on the other side. I thought it would be noisy, but it was surprisingly quiet. The hotel is next to the subway station and not far from Daming Lake, with convenient transportation. The hotel is quite new and the facilities are good. The breakfast is also OK, with a decent variety. The staff is very friendly and responsive. If I have the opportunity to come to Jinan next time, I will choose this hotel again!

房間還可以。挺大的。衞生也算乾淨。用的東西也都挺好的。就是空調一點都不涼快。估計冬天制熱能好點。然後前台因為這個原因還送了一個果盤。服務態度真的很好。希望能一直這樣堅持下去。第二天我就反應麻煩他們給我換個房間。最後給我換了一個房間。還給了免費升級。不過升級完事。第二天睡醒。大腿就不知道被什麼蟲子咬了幾個紅疙瘩。真的是無奈。一波三折啊。

Originally, I placed an order with the mentality of trying, but I was poked by the small details in the service. The staff noticed the special needs I mentioned, took the initiative to help coordinate and solve them, and even reminded me of the precautions after the end. This kind of service that puts customers at heart is really reassuring and highly recommended! Miss Zhenzhen and Xiaoqi at the front desk have very good service [happy]

Quiet environment: quiet in the middle of noisy, enjoy comfort Close to the business district, but the room was unexpectedly quiet! Double-layer soundproof glass blocks the street noise and sleeps particularly well at night. The hotel decoration is Italian simple style, the color is soft, there are sofas and books in the public area, suitable for our middle-aged and elderly to read books and be in a daze. There is also a small garden in the park. Take a walk in the morning, the air is fresh, and the mood is better!

Far beyond the expected stay experience! I felt very relaxed from entering the lobby and smelling a faint fragrance. The check-in at the front desk in June was very fast. The room design was strong and the details were in place, especially the support of the mattress and the choice of pillows. You can see the hotel's intentions. The quality of toiletries is very good, the shower water pressure is abundant, and the fatigue is first-class. Will choose here next time

Breakfast was good, the room we had was comfortable, because the staff changed the room we had booked and it turned to be without a refrigerator. But luckily they could quickly resolve it. The only thing that I hope the hotel will improve is some English language training for the hotel personnel. It could attract more Europeans.

The location is very good to find, close to the Vientiane City Longhu Tianjie Shopping Mall is very convenient to go shopping, the room style is simple, peace of mind, the facilities and equipment are very complete, the living is very comfortable, the service is very thoughtful  Fully equipped: Clean and hygienic: Quiet environment: Warm service:
