The price is good and reasonable. The room itself is small, comes with a small kitchen with pot, kettle, plates & cutlery. It has a TV and hairdryer too. The facility seems new but the only drawback is it can be very noisy at night due to the room facing the main road. The owner is responsive in answering my question. There is a nice bakery and a dessert place in the building itself. There are also good food nearby like Tasixi Dim Sum. It is a 5 minute walk to Aeon Bukit Indah. Will recommend and hopefully, can get another unit that is not facing the main road.

The location is near walkable distance to aeon mall. Place is clean with a nice balcony view.

The accommodation operates on a similar model to Airbnb. The host and team demonstrated proactive communication, providing access codes and passwords several days before arrival. A security deposit may be required. The room is suitable for couples or those requiring simple accommodations. However, guests should bring their own toiletries; while reasonably priced, items such as toothbrushes and toothpaste are not included. Bath towels and body soap are provided. The apartment is conveniently located beside a mall so you can get your shopping done.

My stay at Cozystudio's Studio 1 was truly enjoyable. Upon arrival, I instantly noticed the high level of cleanliness and attentiveness to detail in maintaining the space. The serene and quiet environment added to the relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The highlight of my visit was the superbly comfortable bed in Studio 1 that allowed me to get a great night's sleep. The thoughtfully placed lighting throughout the unit created a warm and cozy ambiance. It should be noted that Cozystudio doesn't provide amenities such as tissue, shampoo, or toothbrushes during guests' stays. While this may not be a concern for some, guests who rely on these items should remember to bring their own. Despite this, I would highly recommend Cozystudio for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and peaceful stay. I absolutely enjoyed my experience and would not hesitate to return.

Pretty good place to stay. (1) Modern and clean. (2) Wifi superb for my work and telecon. (3) Easy instructions for someone like me who do not like fuss. (4) Near to eateries and Aeon. Would book again next time.

Everything is good, however, there are two drawbacks: 1. The process of checking in was quite confusing. A QR code was provided by the agent through WhatsApp right before check-in. Then, at the location, needed to register another QR code provided by the guardhouse, along with an access card which collected from the mailbox. There were a total of two QR codes and one access card, each with its own specific use. 2. Staying on the 19th floor was quite noisy during both the night and morning. It is not recommended for light sleepers.

The apartment is located 30 minutes away from the CIQ, right by the Bukit Indah roundabout. It is within walking distance to nearby shops, including AEON Bukit Indah. The entire property appears to be relatively new. The unit features two studios, and I stayed in Studio number 2, the one with a balcony on a high floor. Although the room was small, it was adequate for a short-term stay. However, since it faces the Skudai Highway, the noise level at night was quite loud. Additionally, the balcony door was not properly installed with soundproof material. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Near Aeon indah. New condo hence well maintained.. Only body wash, towel and hair dryer available. No other toiletries need to prepare own shampoo and toothbrush. This air b&b has no washer/dryer too.

Room is beautiful and location also good. Easy to access to room.

Very comfortable. All accessories are complete. The environment is very quiet. Opposite the shopping area. There are many places to eat and relax.
