We had a remarkable stay at this luxurious aparment. Everything is tip top. We love the outstanding view overlooking the sea. Quite breathless. The apartment is spot free. Quiet environment and easy access to malls, shops and eateries. Will definitely come back for another stay.

Awesome stay at The Bess Homestay Tokyo. Sparkling clean apartment with utensils, pots for cooking and true to pictures. Very convenient location, ease in auto checking in and checking out with mailbox pin. A luxurious 3 bedroom apartment with nice facilities for family and friends. My girlfriends and I had a great time.
Just note that the network is sometimes poor at the lobby for grab pick up.

Absolutely amazing stay at The Best Homestay!
The room was superb—exactly like the photos, if not better. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and the amenities were incredibly professional, making the whole experience feel truly premium.
The location is perfect, with plenty of great food options just a short walk away. It’s an ideal place for families wanting to relax and enjoy their time in Johor Bahru. The facilities are complete and very family-friendly.
Definitely coming back again! Highly recommended for anyone traveling with family to JB.

1st time rent this apartment. Feel very confuse at 1st time of the actual entrance. House so far ok. They wrote 1 king & 3 queen size bed. When I go in see is actually 3 queen type only. Bed also very hard & not comfortable. Balcony is big & view is ok but must be careful if have kids there alone as they might use chair to climb up see the view & quite dangerous. Do not have extra rubbish bag for us to throw rubbish. Tissue & toilet roll also give quite limited. WiFi is good. Key card only give 1 & is quite troublesome if I go out with my family & they back 1st, i after then go up, she must go down with my 2 kids to open entrance door & tap card at lift to bring me up which is very troublesome. Return back I don't think so.

Very clean and spacious. Host also very accommodating in my inquiry and allow us to early check in. Location if taking grab will take 1 big turn due traffic jam. Overall we happy and satisfied.
To the host pls put bidet in the toilet ☺️
