Close to JR station, convenient for traveling and shopping. It is relatively spacious for a trip of three, with microwave, washing machine, refrigerator and kitchen facilities, so you can have a quiet rest. It is a good choice!

The service level is not up to standard. Although it is a self-service B&B apartment, the procedures such as informing the booking guests one week in advance to pay attention to the email address to receive the login password and other procedures should be in place. However, the management failed to fulfill its obligation to inform in advance. It only sent out an email related to the entrance password one day before check-in. However, the guest was already traveling in Japan and it was difficult to receive the email. As a result, he found that he could not enter the door when he checked in. I only saw the email after rummaging through it. The check-in experience was very poor. The assistance and response from Ctrip customers are timely and efficient. What must be criticized is the apartment management’s practices and concepts!

It takes less than 10 minutes on foot from Kagoshima Chuo Station. The location is very good. The room was clean. I was staying with a baby, but I was worried about the hotel if I was crying at night, but it was a one-room room, so I was able to spend a comfortable time without worrying about it! It was very helpful to have a washing machine, refrigerator and microwave in the room. I will repeat again ^ ^

5mins到鹿兒島中央站及鄰近的超市。獲派了2樓的房間，但是沒有電梯要拿着行李走樓梯到2樓，房間很大，有迷你小廚房以及各種餐具，清潔狀況大致理想，但是冷氣機能看到明顯的積塵。酒店有提前email寄出自助check in提示，所以在辦理自助check in時流程很暢順。

住三天分了2個訂單，但是前面一個要退房，然後再辦理入住，系統實在有點死板，幸好有會日語的夥伴自己溝通，不然真的會很被動。離民宿有個很有名的“壽庵”，味道還不錯

チェックイン時の説明不足と入室時のコード案内なし。別室のご家族もご立腹でした。 清掃も行き届いてません。

There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, and cooking utensils are also available, so after checking in, I checked the facilities before going shopping! I noticed some dust, dirt, and hair, but considering the price and room facilities, I'm glad I stayed. It was also nice to have plenty of indirect lighting and outlets. I was surprised that the automatic lock of the front door suddenly worked around 9:30 when I checked out at 10:00. I will do what I think!

It was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was no sponge in the sink and no spare toilet paper, so I thought it would be nice to have it.

Check-in is painful if you are not used to it. However, the public bath in the next block (hot spring flowing directly from the source!) was too nice to enter for 420 yen, so I'm sure I'll be indebted again.
