The front desk staff are relatively young, very easy to communicate with, warm and polite, and respond quickly, giving people a full good impression. The hotel was newly opened in 2024. The equipment and facilities are very new, the rooms are clean, the bedding is comfortable, there is plenty of drinking water, and the drinks in the small refrigerator are free. The room has good air permeability and the windows can be opened to allow natural wind to come in, which makes people feel more comfortable than some large hotels with floor-to-ceiling windows that cannot be opened. The breakfast is also rich, affordable, clean and hygienic. There is a reading room on the first floor. I thought it was useless. Who would come here to study when staying in the hotel? 😅? As a result, I ended my trip early and rested here for a while after checking out. I found its necessity. You can read, rest, drink tea, and the child also did homework for an hour. I took my family to Kaifeng during the Qingming Festival and booked a family room. I arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock in the evening, and the front desk checked me in quickly. As soon as I entered the room, I could feel the owner's care for the room. The area was large and the bathroom was large. The rooms all had zero-pressure mattresses, and the room facilities were very complete, with all kinds of daily necessities.
