Hotels Near Kaifengshi Songxiu Art Museum in Kaifeng

I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.

This was my first trip booked through Trip.com. Firstly, the hotel descriptions were very clear. I opted for Manxin due to its perfect location next to Guluo Square. The night view from the fourth-floor terrace is stunning, and the proximity to the night market is fantastic. The room interior is excellent, with good service. I chose a room on the left side with windows facing the main square building; my child enjoyed staying in front of the window, gazing outside. For Waimai, have robotic delivery service. Overall, I had a great experience throughout my stay. Highly recommended.

The room facilities are excellent, the service level is excellent, and the environmental quality is excellent. I came to Kaifeng for travel and accommodation, and it took me a long time to choose this new hotel. The location is in Longting District. We arrived at around 8 o'clock in the evening. The transportation near the hotel is very convenient. The hotel room is Chinese-style, fully intelligently controlled, with free mineral water on the hotel desktop. I am particularly satisfied with the brightness of the lights and the quiet environment. Even my family members who are not good sleepers said they slept well. Most of the hotel's waiters are warm and thoughtful. I didn’t expect that a three-star hotel would enjoy four-star service! I will choose here next time I come to Kaifeng.

My husband and I took our wheelchair-bound mother to Kaifeng for a trip and stayed in this hotel for six days. Before we set off, we received a call from the hotel, saying that they had reserved a room for us. What touched me most was that it was already past 11 o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel. The proprietress and the front desk waiter had been waiting for us. When they saw us get off the car, the proprietress and the girls at the front desk enthusiastically arranged and helped with the luggage. At the same time, a cup of hot tea was handed to us. Drinking a cup of hot tea and listening to the wonderful Henan accent made us feel warm in our hearts! The front desk quickly checked in, and soon we said goodnight! The hotel's breakfast was a familiar home-cooked meal, with sweet potatoes, pumpkins, fried dough sticks, buns, flower rolls, jujube cakes, steamed dumplings, eggs, fried noodles, a few stir-fried vegetables, a few cold dishes, wontons, milk, soy milk, and coffee. It was very comfortable to eat. The hotel room is fully equipped with a single bed and a double bed, which is just right for the three of us to sleep. The large floor-to-ceiling windows are sunny, and we sit in front of the window to drink tea, watching the busy streets with people coming and going, and experiencing the fireworks of the ancient capital of Kaifeng. The hotel staff is very good. If you have any needs, they are solved immediately with just a phone call. Whether it is the front desk, restaurant or room cleaning, the service staff always greets you with a smile and provides warm service, making us feel at home and as touched as if we had met family.

The hotel is not far from several major scenic spots and has its own parking lot. The breakfast next door is delicious, the bedding is clean and sanitary, and the facilities are a bit old, but the service at the front desk is very good. In the evening, I rode a small electric car recommended by the hotel staff to the Qingming Riverside Garden in a few minutes. The scenery is really It's beautiful, the performance is really good... Kaifeng is a slow-paced city, very comfortable, the hotel service attitude is very good, and the hardware facilities are also great. Although I only stayed for one night, it was really comfortable!

The front desk lady took the initiative to send an electronic version of the Kaifeng travel guide and a map of the Kaifeng travel guide. The weather has cooled down this time. I booked a standard room online. After arriving at night, I took the initiative to upgrade the room. The room is quite large. The two beds are 2.4 meters long and suitable for family travel. The hotel sent fruits, nuts and a large bottle of Nongfu Spring. Each person had a bowl of Tremella and Snow Pear Soup, which the children loved to drink. It was the Kaifeng Chrysanthemum Exhibition, and a chrysanthemum was sent in the room. Thumbs up. It happened that 300,000 college students in Zhengzhou rode to Kaifeng at night. The next morning, the main road was full of shared bicycles, and it was impossible to get a taxi. I contacted the front desk, who enthusiastically helped coordinate the hotel vehicle so that we could arrive at Kaifeng Mansion on time and did not delay the scheduled explanation. I especially thank the hotel. It should be a relatively old five-star hotel in Kaifeng. It has a good location. It is located between the museum and the Qingming Shanghe Park. It is convenient to go anywhere, and there is no need to worry about traffic jams in the inner city. I personally prefer star-rated hotels. Compared with homestays, the service of taking the elderly and children out is more guaranteed, and the ability to solve problems is stronger. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, willing to help guests and good at solving problems. Thumbs up.
