The hotel met my expectations in terms of cleanliness, good location and friendly staff and what surprised me was the artificial intelligence in the room. The terrace was awesome as well.

I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.

As for the dissatisfaction, the facilities are relatively old, which can be accepted, but the most intolerable thing is that there is a problem with the hot water. The hottest water temperature is only a little higher than body temperature, which is 40 degrees. At first, I thought the hot water had not come completely, and I adjusted the water temperature to the hottest temperature, but it was always at this temperature, so that I caught a cold and had a fever when I took a bath! Later, I reported the hot water problem to the hotel and had to change rooms. I had a fever of 39 degrees and I was carrying my luggage to change rooms? It disrupted my travel plans in Kaifeng. As a hotel, you should check your rooms frequently.

I came to Kaifeng for travel and accommodation, and it took me a long time to choose this new hotel. The location is in Longting District. We arrived at around 8 o'clock in the evening. The transportation near the hotel is very convenient. The hotel room is Chinese-style, fully intelligently controlled, with free mineral water on the hotel desktop. I am particularly satisfied with the brightness of the lights and the quiet environment. Even my family members who are not good sleepers said they slept well. Most of the hotel's waiters are warm and thoughtful. I didn’t expect that a three-star hotel would enjoy four-star service! I will choose here next time I come to Kaifeng.

Accompanying my mother back to my hometown in Henan, I booked a 4-person room, which is 50-60 square meters and very spacious. There is a large bed and two small beds, and there is a partition in the middle, which makes it very comfortable to live in. The spicy soup here is a local specialty. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful. When checking in, they also sent Kaifeng specialty snacks. Especially the waiters 1, 6 and 8 were attentive and answered all questions. They recommended the surrounding specialties and tasted good. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.
