Arrived to pick up brother warm reception introduced the hotel facilities and took us into the room, helped drag the luggage to the room ~ ten friendly attitude very kind and enthusiastic.
The morning comes with breakfast and afternoon tea
The whole environment is very relaxing and relaxing to stay in the room is also as ~ ~ for Hong Kong people stress ~ ~ come here really very comfortable as retirement life!
Highly worth recommending! Because I live in a four-bed room so the price is higher but for us it is ok and worth it😆 Next time I will stay at this bed and breakfast again!

GGuest UserThis hotel is a beautifully converted historic watchtower. Its location is fantastic, tucked away down a small lane, ensuring a very peaceful stay.
I booked the most affordable room type, and it was surprisingly well-designed, featuring a smart layout with separate wet and dry areas. The decor clearly shows a lot of thoughtful consideration.
Breakfast was exquisite; though the portions weren't large, they were certainly satisfying. There's no elevator, and the stairs are a bit steep, but this is completely understandable and acceptable given it's a renovation of a hundred-year-old watchtower.
The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, you can add a dedicated host on WeChat who sends helpful reminders and tips.

The family who runs the place masters the art of taking care of their guests. We posses a limited Chinese vocabulary, but with the help of a translation app, and their eagerness to make us feel at home, we had a great time.
The rooms are spacious and clean, we travel a lot and this was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in while being in China.
All amenities are supplied (including a snack box in the room!) and everyone has been helpful in ensuring we had all we needed.
Breakfast was generous with many local dishes, ones we, as foreigners, most likely wouldn’t have tried on our own.
The location is very convenient; Zilicun entrance is a 8 min walk. You can easily spend the whole morning in Zilicun to enjoy the scenery before it gets too hot.
Afterwards we came back to enjoy lunch at the homestay - the restaurant serves tasty food.
In the evening the scenery is stunning, a lot of effort has been put in landscaping the garden and the towns main buildings are perfectly illuminated.
The family’s generosity, together with the facilities and the cosy performances at night made our stay very special. Thank you again!

The hotel boasts a wonderful setting and is conveniently located not far from the North Gate. After parking, we checked in and then took a shuttle to the hotel, which did take a little time. However, the hotel's location is excellent for exploring, with performances easily reachable on foot.
Every corner of the ancient town is a scenic spot, beautifully replicating the fusion of Chinese and Western architecture and atmosphere from the 1920s. The performances were thoughtfully curated, and the stage effects were spectacular. I particularly recommend the Fire Show; the molten iron sparks blooming like fireworks were absolutely mesmerizing!

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good! It is close to the surrounding attractions, especially the Zili Village and Liyuan, which is only 5 or 6 minutes by car. It is very convenient. This time I stayed with my family and stayed in a Zhenpin King Room with a bathtub and a panoramic floor-to-ceiling window. The night view is particularly beautiful. The room is spacious, and it is ok for a family of three to stay. The front desk service is good, the experience is good, and the free buffet breakfast has many varieties. The surrounding areas are all villages and fields. It is really convenient to have breakfast here. After eating, you can also go to the Pioneer Bookstore opposite. It is a bookstore worth checking in. It is very interesting.

In terms of service, the front desk staff was not very friendly. When I checked in, I asked if I could pay extra to check out later, but they said it was fully booked without even checking the system. However, there were clearly many rooms on TripAdvisor/Amap! I asked again if there would be soup or dessert, but they said proudly that it would start at 19:30, but it might not be available.
It's just like ”We are very good at stewing soup, but you may not be able to make it even if you come here.” In fact, I'm just asking, ”It's your job as the front desk staff to answer these questions.” I don't understand this attitude at all! As a result, when I arrived at the restaurant at around 23:00 that night, there was still stewed soup.

The last morning, the room was probably being cleaned and the noise was very, very noisy
The fire escape door opened and closed constantly, and the sound was loud when the door closed.

GGuest UserI made a temporary decision to go to Jiangmen yesterday and made a temporary reservation at Qiao Ke Zhenpin Apartment around 11pm. I was very satisfied.
The projection effect is very good, it is clean and hygienic, and there is a refrigerator and washing machine. There is even laundry detergent and alcohol for washing clothes.
There is a large balcony which is very comfortable, and there is a commercial street downstairs, which is very convenient.
This trip to Chikan Town was absolutely beautiful. I will come back again in the future and will continue to book this apartment. Highly recommended (#^.^#)👍🏻

YyccatchaoThe hotel is conveniently located near the park entrance. We checked in at the service center, which was surprisingly quick even on a holiday, then took a shuttle bus to the hotel, a fast 3-minute ride. However, upon arrival at the hotel around 2:45 PM, we were informed by the front desk that our rooms weren't ready. Conveniently, the 'Modern Times' venue was right across from the hotel, so we stored our luggage and went to catch a show. After the show, around 3:45 PM, we expected our rooms to be available. To our disappointment, out of the three rooms we booked, only one was ready for us, with the others still being cleaned. So, if you're staying during a holiday, be prepared for possible delays.
The 'Kuja Hape Little Train Theme' room itself was spacious, bright, clean, tidy, and thankfully, had no unpleasant odors. It's truly a fantastic themed room for families, complete with toy cars and models that kept the kids thoroughly entertained. My only minor gripes were that the tables were so covered with models, there was hardly any space left for our own things, and the absence of a mini-fridge was a bit inconvenient. Despite these small issues, we were generally happy with the room.
Initially, we were meant to have breakfast at the hotel's main restaurant. However, due to the high occupancy on the holiday, we were redirected to a separate group dining area. While staff assured us the breakfast spread would be identical, we quickly discovered a significantly reduced variety, and items were not replenished promptly. Eventually, only a few main dishes and some bread remained. This arrangement felt quite unfair to guests.
However, the most unacceptable issue was the complete chaos surrounding the shuttle bus service during check-out. A massive crowd of guests was waiting for the shuttle, yet there were no staff members to manage the queues or provide any direction. This resulted in a dangerous free-for-all, with everyone scrambling for buses and seats, which was particularly alarming given the presence of children and elderly individuals. After numerous complaints, two staff members eventually emerged, stating that additional buses had been arranged. Despite this, no measures were implemented to control the crowd or prevent queue-jumping. We endured a frustrating wait of almost half an hour, watching three to four buses depart before we could finally board one and leave.
The hotel's location is a definite plus, being very close to the fire show – it was incredibly convenient to walk back after the evening performance, and other venues were easily accessible too. However, beyond the location, the overall amenities and services fall far short of expectations. Especially during peak holiday periods, significant improvements are desperately needed for breakfast service, shuttle bus management, and staff coordination. Otherwise, the current 'five-star' service simply doesn't justify the hefty price tag of over a thousand yuan per night and will undoubtedly detract from the overall visitor experience of the park.
