"1. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful; parking was convenient, right in the courtyard. 2. The room was large, clean, and exactly as pictured. 3. There are two breakfast shops right outside the hotel; the food is good and reasonably priced. Both wontons and noodles are 10 yuan a serving, and many locals eat there. 4. The hotel's location is excellent; it's just a few minutes' drive from the south gate of Chikan Ancient Town, and very close to various attractions. 5. I left my power bank at the hotel when I left, and only remembered it the next day. I called the front desk, and the receptionist told me that the cleaning lady had found it and left it there. I asked if she could mail the power bank to my home, and she said no problem, she would mail it for me. Thank you so much! Thumbs up for the hotel's service!"

Even with many guests checking in during the May Day holiday, the staff reacted quickly. Overall, it was a good experience."

Sam's Club Snacks: The room came with some complimentary Sam's Club snacks and lemon tea! I'll definitely visit again."
