This is my second time visiting, and the experience is consistently excellent! 👍 The owner is incredibly warm and hospitable, and the service is top-notch. I'm very satisfied. You can see the owner's thoughtful touches everywhere: 1. The living room offers complimentary fruits and tea. 2. The flowers on the long table in the living room are fresh, making it a delight to look at. 3. The breakfast was unexpectedly rich and authentic Cantonese style, featuring many local Kaiping delicacies. The owner's family comes from a lineage of food connoisseurs, passed down through three generations – absolutely delicious!! 4. Upon arrival, the staff asked about any dietary restrictions. Since I don't eat green onions or garlic, they made sure my meals were prepared without them. 5. They even gave a small gift upon departure, which truly made for a thoughtful and pleasant trip. It's perfect for a two or three-day leisurely vacation, with great food, beautiful scenery, and a chance to relax and enjoy the slow pace of life.

The moment I checked out, I was already planning my next team-building trip. It was luxurious and comfortable, the courtyard was beautifully decorated, perfect for family gatherings, and the room had a large bed. The location is fantastic! Super close to Liyuan Garden and Tianxia Liangcang Bookstore. Facilities: The room facilities are really top-notch, no complaints at all. I'd suggest the owner consider installing an EV charging station, that would be even more convenient. Hygiene: All the in-room amenities were spotless. Environment: Couldn't ask for more, just check the pictures. Service: The owner and the lovely ladies working there were all wonderful. We even exchanged WeChat, and they were always ready to help and cooperative. I'll definitely be back!

The room was clean and tidy. The air conditioner was turned on in advance, and it felt cool and comfortable as soon as I entered. There is a big yellow orchid tree in the yard, and the flowers are fragrant. The view is the green fields, which is pleasing to the eye. The restaurant's food tastes good, but the reception capacity needs to be improved during holidays. It is a bit busy to handle too many people.

I was upgraded to another Hotel. of the same group: Meitang Hotel. A brand new hotel with spectacular rooms and amenities. The STAFF is INCREDIBLE! They were all great and very helpful. Specially STEVE, a great member of the staff who speaks English and who helped me since with all the necessary informations (and translation!) to arrive to Chikan village. He helped me with the taxi driver when I arrived and when I departed. Great member of the staff! I am really thankful to all the help he gave me. Great experience.

The room was very clean and well-equipped. The service was excellent; they proactively helped us switch to a larger room. In the evening, there was mung bean sweet soup and plain congee available. The breakfast in the morning was very rich and varied. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd highly recommend it!

Staying at Qiaoxiao Inn this time, the public facilities were a huge plus. The lobby's decor blends the nostalgic design of an overseas Chinese hometown, making it spacious, grand, clean, and elegant. The soft furnishings are very stylish, and sitting there while waiting to check in is incredibly comfortable. The lighting is excellent, and the ambiance is just perfect, making it a great place to entertain guests. The coffee shop next to the lobby has a fantastic vibe; it's a great spot to order a freshly brewed coffee during leisure time, relax, and unwind. It's also lovely to sit here after exploring the ancient town – very pleasant and relaxing, and the coffee tastes great. The most practical feature has to be the self-service laundry room, fully equipped with washing machines and dryers. The space is tidy and easy to use, allowing you to wash and dry all the clothes accumulated from a long trip in one go. This means you don't have to pack heavy changes of clothes, significantly lightening your travel burden. The three main facilities perfectly balance aesthetics and practicality: a dignified lobby, a relaxing coffee shop, and a laundry room that addresses essential travel needs. Coupled with the hotel's overall beautiful environment, staying here when visiting Chikan Ancient Town offers an all-around thoughtful experience. Even though it was a very rushed trip, the overall experience was excellent and highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at the ChaoQi Hotel. After a smooth check-in, a convenient cart picked us up and brought us directly to our room door. The location is incredible, situated inside the Chikan resort where you can find numerous restaurants, shops, and attractions. A great perk was that our stay included entry tickets, giving us the chance to enjoy many of the resort's lively shows. Our room was super comfortable, impeccably clean, and very family-friendly. Our kids especially loved the indoor playground on the ground floor. The buffet breakfast offered a fantastic variety of options, featuring multiple live stations with both Asian and Western choices. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I return to the Kaiping area.

By far the most comfortable beds I've slept on during my China travels. Not too soft or hard like sleeping on a board. Room was cleaned every day and the cleaning ladies were very friendly. Some front desk staff had attitudes like....whatever....or the feeling like they didn't enjoy the job very much.....people can sense these things about service staff at hotels. Good location if you are interested in buying gold jewellery since the street was full of these stores.
