Our store is located 2 kilometers from Pingshi Bus Station, 6 kilometers from Kaiping South Station, and only a 20 minute drive from Chikan Ancient Town, which is 13 kilometers away. Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time.

Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too.
4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room
Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked.
5. Laundry
They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes.
The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it.

Very quick and smooth.

Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break.
Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion)
1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important.
2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures.
3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular).
4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use.
Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice."

"Exceptional apartment style rooms that is convenient and ofter all the amenities and tools you will need as a home away from home. Our one bedroom suite had on-suite washer and dryer (even hotel's at Hangzhou didn't have dryers), disher washer, fridge, and full stove/oven. All the dishes and detergent were provided and replenished daily. Housekeeping even did my dishes on days I left them in the sink! This hotel is conveniently situated at the city center of Kaiping and most things are within a short walking distance. I found this hotel after having stayed at and leaving another that was unacceptable. TingFeng Hotel staff was in the middle of giving their fourth floor a deep clean and I was able to witness first hand their pride of stewardship of this hotel. Not only did Reception ensure we had the exact room to meet our needs but they went over and above to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Special shout out to the exceptional leadership and great attitude of Cindy at the front desk. I was accompanying my elderly mother back to Kaiping to visit family and have not been back in Kaiping for over 20 years. Along with many of the other concierge staff she help to arrange much of our itinerary while in Kaiping. We felt very safe and secure with her reliability and responsiveness to our needs. "Facilities: The furnishings in the room are retro, suitable for the style of Chikan Ancient Town; a small washbasin is set up in the bathroom, which is very convenient; a two-meter wide bed is suitable for parents and children. The only drawback is that the water volume of the shower head is very small, and it is uncomfortable to take a shower.
Environment: All the hotels in the scenic area are run by the same owner. I chose this one because it is located inside the scenic area. When tourists disperse at night, you can experience the style of a small Lingnan town in the early 20th century; but because it is located in the scenic area, the streets of the ancient town are outside the room, and the wooden door cannot be completely soundproofed. It is noisy at night and I can't fall asleep early.
Service: A male waiter in the hotel is professional and thoughtful, always with a smile on his face, helping to deliver luggage to the room, and helping to introduce the characteristics of the scenic area when driving the shuttle bus.
2 adults and 1 child Chikan Ancient Town Scenic Area Tickets (limited to children under 1.2 meters): Checking in to the hotel only includes two adult tickets. Children over 1.2 need to buy tickets separately. In addition to the higher room rates during holidays, you have to pay for children's tickets separately, which is a bit pitfall.
There are many performances in the scenic area, and the fire show is the most exciting and should not be missed. It rained on the day we went there, so there were fewer people and the experience was better. On the second day, a large number of tourists poured in, and the experience was much worse. Kaiping Guild Hall is located in the ancient town of Chikan. The accommodation prices in the town are generally higher. There is a luggage storage area next to it, which is very eye-catching. Show the check-in order and the shuttle bus will take you to the hotel immediately.
After checking in, add the butler on WeChat. All precautions, performance times and locations, food, drinks, and entertainment, etc. will be sent to you every day. If you need anything, they will respond to your requests.
The room is in a building next door, with the words ”1926” written on it. It is a century-old building with a Republic of China style, and is beautifully designed and decorated inside and out. The room is fully equipped with air conditioning and hot water. We booked a room with a balcony, next to which is the ”Three Diaolou of Longxing Street”. After the lights are turned on at night, the night view of the ancient town is particularly beautiful.
The hotel also has a free ”script-killing” game project and provides free Republic of China costumes.
Stayed for two nights in a row. The scenic area was very quiet in the morning and evening. It was a great trip experience."

The family who runs the place masters the art of taking care of their guests. We posses a limited Chinese vocabulary, but with the help of a translation app, and their eagerness to make us feel at home, we had a great time.
The rooms are spacious and clean, we travel a lot and this was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in while being in China.
All amenities are supplied (including a snack box in the room!) and everyone has been helpful in ensuring we had all we needed.
Breakfast was generous with many local dishes, ones we, as foreigners, most likely wouldn’t have tried on our own.
The location is very convenient; Zilicun entrance is a 8 min walk. You can easily spend the whole morning in Zilicun to enjoy the scenery before it gets too hot.
Afterwards we came back to enjoy lunch at the homestay - the restaurant serves tasty food.
In the evening the scenery is stunning, a lot of effort has been put in landscaping the garden and the towns main buildings are perfectly illuminated.
The family’s generosity, together with the facilities and the cosy performances at night made our stay very special. Thank you again!

DDuanjiaozhurouwanI took my son back to the countryside to play in Liuyi. I specially picked a B&B that was renovated from a century-old watchtower to experience it. Everyone was very satisfied with the result. The sanitation and environment services are first-class and the facilities are very good. It was raining on the day of check-in and there were not many people. The housekeeper was super busy. Well, he took us to visit and introduced the B&B. He also drove us in a small tricycle and took us for a spin in nearby villages along the World Heritage Corridor. Along the way, he introduced us to the special opening hours of various attractions. It was a great experience. My friend saw how we were staying. I was so satisfied that I temporarily booked a room for one night the next day. The housekeeper arranged it very well. I will book here again next time I go back to my hometown. It is the best choice to stay in Kaiping.

GGuest UserI made a temporary decision to go to Jiangmen yesterday and made a temporary reservation at Qiao Ke Zhenpin Apartment around 11pm. I was very satisfied.
The projection effect is very good, it is clean and hygienic, and there is a refrigerator and washing machine. There is even laundry detergent and alcohol for washing clothes.
There is a large balcony which is very comfortable, and there is a commercial street downstairs, which is very convenient.
This trip to Chikan Town was absolutely beautiful. I will come back again in the future and will continue to book this apartment. Highly recommended (#^.^#)👍🏻

YYuen K HGreat place to stay to experience Chikan Old Town. We spent 2 nights here. Staying at this hotel gives one free multiple access to Chikan Old town.
It is also easy to hop on to the free shuttle bus to the Diaolou Tourism Area as one of the bus-stops of the shuttle bus is right at the parking lot of the hotel. We managed to visit 3 main places - Majianglong village, Li Yuan and Zili village.
Our room was nice and spacious, included buffet breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, a great hotel to stay if you want to experience places of interest in Kaiping.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good! It is close to the surrounding attractions, especially the Zili Village and Liyuan, which is only 5 or 6 minutes by car. It is very convenient. This time I stayed with my family and stayed in a Zhenpin King Room with a bathtub and a panoramic floor-to-ceiling window. The night view is particularly beautiful. The room is spacious, and it is ok for a family of three to stay. The front desk service is good, the experience is good, and the free buffet breakfast has many varieties. The surrounding areas are all villages and fields. It is really convenient to have breakfast here. After eating, you can also go to the Pioneer Bookstore opposite. It is a bookstore worth checking in. It is very interesting.

In terms of service, the front desk staff was not very friendly. When I checked in, I asked if I could pay extra to check out later, but they said it was fully booked without even checking the system. However, there were clearly many rooms on TripAdvisor/Amap! I asked again if there would be soup or dessert, but they said proudly that it would start at 19:30, but it might not be available.
It's just like ”We are very good at stewing soup, but you may not be able to make it even if you come here.” In fact, I'm just asking, ”It's your job as the front desk staff to answer these questions.” I don't understand this attitude at all! As a result, when I arrived at the restaurant at around 23:00 that night, there was still stewed soup.

The last morning, the room was probably being cleaned and the noise was very, very noisy
The fire escape door opened and closed constantly, and the sound was loud when the door closed.

In the middle of Ting kou, a heritage village. Basically a living museum. Little local restaurants, convenience stores and coffee shops nearby. Even a hotdog stand, kids happy. A beautifully restored granary, insta ready. We rented their bicycles to get to the film city and Zilicun historical village with the diaolou towers.

GGuest UserWe were very excited at the thought of visiting the diaolous but the only bus from Shunde to Kaiping departed at almost 14:00!! By the time we arrived it was already too late to venture out to the diaolous. The guy at the reception felt our pain and gave us helpful suggestions on what to do while we were there.
The location of the hotel is superb, right next to the bus station, the riverside and the street lined with gold(shops) on both sides of the divide.
However the hotel itself had definitely seen better days.
But it was clean, the basic amenities were provided and we had a good night’s sleep. Overall the service was excellent. And the price commensurates with what were offered.
