This brand new hotel is amazing! The services are great. Big hotel room. Air-conditioner works great and the room is very clean. 100% satisfied and recommended. Free parking as you can validate your touch n go card at receptionist before exit.

Hotel location is in a new developed area, hence not much amenities around the hotel. However, the check in was swift, staff was super friendly. area is super quiet, which is superb if you want a good rest.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Clean room and excellent staffs. Easy access to transportation and convenient to reach any other places in town. I can’t wait to comeback!

The service attitude is very good, they help carry the suitcases. There are many restaurants near the hotel, but they are closed behind the hotel.

The room is very spacious! Like, great for kids to run around! There’s carpark space just in front of the hotel. It’s the same corridor as Le’Venue. Security is there to keep your car safe. Plenty of food options downstairs (restaurants). Need to go through gantry to the carpark but can be claim from the hotel.
Will stay here again as it is nearer to the edge of KL. (:

The hotel hardware is average, but the price/performance ratio is acceptable. The Chinese lady at the front desk was very nice, enthusiastically guiding local attractions and places to eat, and actively using her mobile phone app to help call a taxi.

Very nice hotel, very very spacious, a little downside is tiny window, but its alright.
There are a lot of food shops around which is nice.

Almost perfect except parking usually full and need to wait until nearby restaurant closed (after 10pm)

Best crazy hotel.. the price is cheap.. you can fit 4 people.. the bed is really soft and comfortable.. you are comfortable and you sleep well.. there is netflix and youtube as well.. the restaurant is a mess downstairs... The location of this hotel is like this 👍👍👍 this hotel is the best...it's rare for me to praise a hotel that isn't 5✨ but I swear I'm not lying, it's the best!!!!!
