The accommodation was clean, the staff was friendly, and the air conditioning worked well, so it was great! There was a private bathtub in the room, so I was able to rest well!

This station is a large station, only 30 minutes away from other stations in Kyoto, and the train leaves every 15 minutes or so. Generally, people who travel to this station take the Hozu River Cruise. I wanted to arrive at Amanohashidate early in the morning, but I couldn’t find one in Kyoto Nijo that was so flat and close to the station, so I could take the train half an hour later. The north exit of the station is only 1 minute away. The nearest convenience store is the station. Within 5 minutes of the south exit of the station, there is an Aeon supermarket and a restaurant open until 11 o'clock. A single room is the size of an average Japanese business hotel, definitely not 17 square meters. Breakfast starts at 6:45. If you’re in a hurry, there are rice balls you can take away.

I stayed here for 5 nights and 6 days out of the 9 days I couldn't use the bath due to my house renovation. The location is 30 seconds walk from the north exit of JR Kameoka Station, and there is a roof over the bus stop, so you don't need an umbrella even on rainy days. Next to the station is a large apartment building that I have previously considered buying. Across the rotary is Route Inn. Because Sanga Stadium is located north of Kameoka Station, both this and Route Inn are booked up more than 3 months in advance on weekends when games are held. (The reason I gave up after 5 nights was because the 6th night was a game day and it was a no-go.) I stayed in a semi-double room, which is not very spacious, but the bathroom and toilet are separate, which was a nice touch. The bathtub is minimal, but there is a washing area, so you can enjoy a bath even on busy mornings. Breakfast is served at the venue on the second floor, and although the selection is not large, it is a delicious buffet and is free for guests. This venue becomes a dining room at night, and you can get a set meal for around 1,000 yen, so it is convenient when you don't want to go out. The venue is large, so you can eat leisurely. By the way, there is an Italian restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, and although it is a little expensive, the food was good. The main attraction of this hotel is the spa facilities, with two saunas, an open-air bath, and a jacuzzi in the men's bath, and a sauna and jacuzzi in the women's bath. The women's bath does not have an open-air bath or steam sauna, but instead has a separate rock sauna that can be used for free. (Men have to pay for use) Both baths are heated, but the baths are large, and the bathtub and sauna are also large (much larger than the spa at Dormy Inn), so I was able to fully enjoy them for six days. An acquaintance of mine also showed me the Route Inn across the street, but I personally recommend this one. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and spa all seemed to work hard, which I liked. Room keeping varied from day to day, so if they could improve that, I think this hotel would be perfect as a business hotel. Thank you for your continued patronage.

Just a short walk from JR Kameoka Station. Sanga Stadium is right in front of you. I was fed up with the rising prices of hotels in Kyoto City, so I was right to stay in Kameoka, which is reasonably priced and can be reached from Kyoto with a single JR train, even though it takes a little time. The hotel has only been open for a few years, so the building is still new and has a large public bath and a bedrock bath. The free breakfast service was more substantial than I expected. There are several types of handmade rice balls, and they are delicious! There is no convenience store unless you go back to the station, so it is more convenient to check in after shopping.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom and toilet were separate, so I was able to stay comfortably. The spa facilities that guests can use for free are the best!
