The location is first-class. There are welcome drinks and coffee. The room is relatively small and the hygiene is so-so. The toilet smells and the pajamas are dusty.

It was a bad experience for my 3 nights stay at this Oriental Hotel. The air condition was very weak. I turned down the temperature to 19c high cool but still very weak. I voiced out the air conditioning problem at the front desk at about 9:30am April 19 in the morning. The front desk lady said she will follow up. I came back to the hotel at about 11:15pm and we found out the room temperature was still too warm for us. We were very tired and give up to voice out again. No one from the hotel gave us a response. It was a bad experience to spend 3 nights triple-bed room at this hotel.

위치는 하카타역 정말 바로앞이라 두말할 것 없이 최고고, 요새 트래블월렛 카드 많이쓰시는데 인출가능한 이온 atm도 가까이 있어요. 웰컴 드링크(와인)와 웰컴 소바도 실속있고 좋았네요~

The room is super small. Although the open wash basin and dressing table are pretty good, the garbage on the 11th floor and other places in the elevator has been left there for two days and two nights. No one cleans it. I don’t know where there are no hands and tails, but there is no one there for two days. People are being cleared out🥹🥹🥹I just find it unpleasant to my eyes😫I have seen old garbage lying around for two days...

The location is super good, just near Hakata Station. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. Although the room is small, it is very complete. It has an air freshener, a dehumidification function, and it is quiet. I stayed for two nights and it was very comfortable.

The room is a bit small but just nice to travel alone.
However, do expect some noise from the neighbour since the rooms are very packed along the long corridor.
Fantastic location, surrounded by shopping malls with station downstairs.
But if you do drive, the parking at the hotel is quite costly.
