The hotel is really big and the staff are very good service mind and friendly. Better than I was expected . The room is better than the photo while I was booking.

This is a premium hote, with high levels of service. The staff are friendly and happy to help. Brunei is a call and peaceful location to take a rest and the beds at the Empire are some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. (We accidentally napped for quite a long time here) The food at the hotel restaurant 'Pantai' is good, but not great value.

Service is perfect and employees are very kind. I strogly recommend you this hotel. But facility is little bit old

Nice place to stay a whole day.When you go to the hotel,you should use taxi app,Dart.I wait a bus but it didn’t appear 1 hour. I gave up to use the bus and call taxi on the app.You can call a taxi from the hotel but it is more expensive than dart app.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights. Everything was impressive. Must try the breakfast.

Fantastic sunset and sunrise views. Stayed at Ocean View Block and thus enjoy nice sea views during the stay. Very spacious room, with little Pail and brush and washing powder and drying rack is provided at balcony. Microwave oven and good free mini bar which is replenished everyday. Lots of facilities like bowling, ball games, cinema etc. Polite and helpful staff. Food wise is average.

The hotel is the whole resort. They got beautiful swimming pool, cinema, theater, restaurant, golf club. The room is very spacious and the view to the sea from the balcony is amazing. Breakfast is very delicious a lot of varieties. The service is perfect and stuff is very friendly. Just notice that the hotel doesn’t serve any alcohol😅 And it’s a little cold in the room and you can’t control the temperature.

This is a large resort-style hotel famous for its stunning sunsets and sea views. Luckily, I was upgraded to a sea view room, where I could enjoy the magnificent sea view from my big bed. What makes the hotel even more interesting is the hotel’s swimming pool. The small but exquisite infinity pool allows you to enjoy the sunset in the water or lie by the pool and have a drink. You can kayak in the large swimming pool, and travel between buildings, woods and waterfalls to look at the clouds in the sky and the sea in the distance. The water looks like a glass sea, a bit like a miniature Maldives, which is very comfortable. The hotel service is first-rate and although the apartments are scattered around, it is easy to call a buggy and enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way. The hotel’s food is carefully prepared and all halal, so there is no need to worry. The mutton soup and beef are tender and tasty, and at the same time have some characteristics that are impressive.
