Very disappointing experience. I booked an Ocean View Room almost two months in advance, but when I arrived, I was told it was unavailable because the hotel room and the lobby is under renovation. This should have been communicated before my arrival, not at check-in after I had already planned and paid for this stay. The renovation also affected the overall experience. There was construction going on, and it did not feel like the luxury experience this hotel is known for. I specifically chose this hotel for the ocean view, and not receiving the room I booked completely ruined the experience. For a 5-star hotel, this level of communication and service is unacceptable. If certain room types are unavailable due to renovation, the hotel should stop selling them or inform guests in advance and offer proper compensation or alternatives. Overall, a very poor experience, and I left feeling disappointed.

That was totally perfect stay! Even it might be busy time for check-in, no rush, calm, all of the staffs were kind and having lovely smile. They gave us upgraded room which is ocean view. And amenity was awesome. Great food! I wanna come back again!

I had a very comfortable stay. The hospitality was wonderful, and not only the staff but also the other guests were lovely people. This is a hotel I'd want to stay at again just for the hotel itself.

Undoubtedly, this is the best hotel. It was a shame that there was construction going on, but from certain angles, I could still take photos without any issues, so I was personally very satisfied. I was traveling alone this time, but I really enjoyed the pool, kayaking, and SUP without worrying about others watching. I'm so glad I went! 🥰
