Travelers Reviews of Kanazawa Hotels

Tokyu Stay Kanazawa

This trip to central Japan lasted nearly a month, and I stayed in five hotels! My favorite was actually Kanazawa Tokyu, which I stayed in for the first time. First of all, the location is very convenient. It is easy to walk to the high-speed rail station and the surrounding major scenic spots. Even if you take a car to Kanazawa Library, it only takes 20 minutes. In addition, there is a circular bus for tourists at the entrance of the hotel. As long as you get on the bus and don’t want to get off, you can go around a few times (only this route can be swiped with ICOCA cards). When we first arrived here, we also relied on this bus to understand the entire Kanazawa’s location, which was convenient for later walking tours. Speaking of the hotel, I liked it at first sight, and the more I saw it, the more I loved it❤️... Every detail made me happy! The hotel is very new and clean. At night, you can go to the dining area in the lobby to enjoy a quiet time alone. My family said that the coffee is also better than other hotels. The last time I went to Kanazawa, I followed a tour group and had no chance to understand Kanazawa at all. This time I deeply experienced the beauty of Kanazawa. Compared with Kyoto, which I am familiar with and popular, I love the small and beautiful Kanazawa more. It is quiet and profound! Kanazawa in October is full of sweet osmanthus fragrance, just like Hangzhou. The hotel price is also affordable. Next time I plan to fly to Nagoya to visit Kanazawa and Takayama. I will stay longer to enjoy the scenery. It is very convenient to eat and go shopping near the hotel. I can't find any shortcomings of this hotel. It can be said to be perfect! Of course, you must not raise the price because of my good comments. If the price increases, I will not be able to stay for a long time, haha.
Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel

I originally wanted to choose a hotel near Kanazawa Station, but the price increase during the New Year's Day was too great, so I booked this Tokyu Hotel next to Korinbo. It is just opposite Daimaru Department Store, there is a bus stop, there are many buses to Kanazawa Station, and the airport bus is also about 100 meters away. You can walk to the attractions, most of which are within 30 minutes' walk. The hotel is relatively large, the lobby is very grand, and the room is considered large in Japan. I booked a double room with a note for three people to stay, because the bed in this hotel is quite large and can sleep two people. I didn't expect the hotel to take the initiative to add a bed, otherwise there would be a lot of space. I stayed for three consecutive nights, and they came to clean every day, it was very clean, and changed towels and bath towels. What touched me again was that the bedding was changed every day. Generally, hotels do not change it for three consecutive nights, and there is no such demand. The bathroom is also large. Unlike the integrated design of most Japanese hotels, there is a separate washing area separated from the bathing area. Although you have to climb into the bathtub to take a bath, the bath water is large and comfortable. Pajamas and a full set of skin care products are provided. I didn't notice at first that there were already large bottles of makeup removers and cleansers on the table, all from DHC. Later, I saw three separate skin care products in the small basket for toothbrushes and other supplies, also from DHC, with more and more complete varieties. After using this, I will replenish it every day. It's so considerate, and I don't have to bring my own. The price is very cheap except for New Year's Day, and the cost performance is very high. Highly recommended!
