1. This B&B is built on the top of a mountain, but the road up is very narrow. The driver was a little slippery when driving up. There are so many mountains and rivers in China. If you just want to see the mountain views, there is really no need to choose this B&B.
2. The hot water is hot and cold, and the left switch is too hot and the right switch is too cold. We live in 207. I don’t know how other rooms are like. This room is nonono
3. Breakfast is not bad, relatively OK
4. The sound insulation is not good. I can still hear the sound from the front desk on the first floor in the room.

The hotel is on the top of the mountain in Kandy. The mountain road to go is very winding, but the scenery is beautiful. The hotel itself is more like a high-end homestay in China, with a very stylish decoration and a local atmosphere. The room is spacious, with a large floor-to-ceiling window for a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery, and the exquisite bathtub is also very good. What's more worth mentioning is that the staff is very enthusiastic, and all of them have smiles on their faces😊. The most memorable thing for me is that the lady at the front desk is super beautiful and loves to smile. The children especially like her.

Such a stunning hotel with some extraordinary views , wonderful food , spectacular views , supreme cleanness and the most friendly staff i have ever met .. Our overall experience was quite poor, from accessibility to the property, the unwelcoming greeting from the staff who worked there to the substandard level of service received. Starting with food and drinks, the quality and taste of the cocktails were not to the standard you would expect having ordered a cosmopolitan and a pina colada which did not taste pleasant. There was hair found in the bread during breakfast on day 1 of our stay and generally there were a lot of things on the menu that were not available. With regards to cleanliness and presentation, this was also not the best. The room carpets were stained, the jacuzzi was inoperable (we were told to use it as a bath), the shower temperature was not easily adjustable and there was a bad smell that came from the bathroom that spread into the bedroom. The pool area was not very well maintained. There wasn’t a pool attendant which meant there were unsupervised children making loud noises in the late hours of the night. Staff were poorly trained aside from the general manager and another lady who provided good service and they did not appear presentable, with stains on their uniform. Although it was a nice location with beautiful views & being close to nature, the property is quite isolated placed on top of a steep hill making it difficult to access restaurants and amenities in Kandy town.

One of the best views from rooms at kandy. Super clean rooms with sky view tubs and balconies. Rooms are bit compact but with all facilities and comfort. Sleep quality is good. Meals are little above average, and service is good enough for the resort. Nice view from pool deck and also from restaurant. View from the room at night, eve, dusk and even at sunset is memorable.

Very disappointing stay, budget quality at best, with a high price compared to the rest of SL. You will almost certainly be able to find better. With a marked/burnt duvet and pillows, dirty floor and small ant colony living inside the kettle, cleanliness isn't a priority for them, but despite hardly any guests present during the offseason, mediocre service, poor presentation, and bad quality drinks, suggest that customer care isn't high on their list either. The view is also not worth the price - seeing over Kandy and the area is nice enough but you'll probably be able to see the same view on your approach/departure from the city, and throughout your time in SL, you will see breathtaking views that leave this one forgotten. We have paid a lot less for significantly better accommodation elsewhere, and whilst I'm not sure if the standards around Kandy are worse than the rest of SL, this was easily the worst night of our 2 week stay.
