The hotel environment was pleasant, and our stay was very comfortable. On the afternoon of our arrival, it rained, so we simply relaxed and watched shows in our room. Areas for improvement: 1. **Minibar**: The selection felt a bit sparse and didn't quite match the hotel's caliber. Adding complimentary welcome fruit would be a nice touch. 2. **Restaurant**: On our arrival day, we had lunch at the restaurant around 3 PM, but the food service was rather slow. 3. **Butler Service**: There was no landline phone in the room. To contact the butler, we had to call the front desk via the Ctrip app. The lack of a dedicated WeChat service for the butler was quite inconvenient.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the incredibly attentive and responsive staff. One of our friends experienced altitude sickness during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. They were so helpful, checking on us the following day to ensure we were okay. This level of care and concern made a huge difference in our experience. On top of the amazing service, the hotel is beautifully decorated and creates a stylish and comfortable atmosphere. Staying here on the last leg of the Western Sichuan Loop was a wonderful way to end our trip. The hotel is in a great location with convenient parking. The lobby and rooms are uniquely designed, yet offer all the comforts of a modern hotel. The floor heating and oxygen system are essential for the plateau, making for a restful sleep. From the window, I could gaze out at the yaks grazing in the creek. The tea room on the second floor is also very comfortable, with children playing board games and enjoying the fitness equipment. The hotel's service was exceptional. ”Upon arrival, the front desk guy was waiting for us, smiling broadly as he helped us with our luggage. The hostess was incredibly welcoming, offering us a taste of different tea cultures. She thoughtfully asked us to avoid washing our hair and showering for extended periods, and even made us coffee afterward. The hotel's oxygen system is also very advanced. This meticulous care goes far beyond the standard procedures of star-rated hotels and comes from the heart. The breakfast was also exquisite. My child said a five-star rating was too low; it deserves a six. We've stayed in many places from Chengdu to Xinduqiao, but this is the hotel that all of us traveling with us have given a thumbs-up. The Atour experience was absolutely amazing! I initially chose a hotel close to the travel photography studio, thinking the all-seasons experience was a sure thing. Upon arrival, I was completely impressed. It was truly exceptional. Arriving on a rainy day, my shoes got wet, and the hotel provided a shoe dryer. I experienced altitude sickness during my stay, and was even given a tube for supplemental oxygen. The diffuse oxygen supply was incredibly comfortable. They even had a late-night snack (porridge) in the evening. I was so relieved to be back from the hospital. The breakfast was also excellent! Thanks a lot to the reception desk, especially Ju Zi. The guy at the reception desk was so nice!
