The room was very spacious and quietly tucked away from the main street noise. The bedding was clean and neat, and breakfast was also good. The young man at the front desk provided excellent service; he proactively sent us the parking location. Thumbs up! 👍👍👍

The hotel has its own parking lot behind the building, with space for over twenty cars. You pay for parking upfront, and then get reimbursed via WeChat. The owner is very trustworthy, and the service is top-notch. Kangding city can be quite congested, but this hotel is located just outside the city, and it's not far to get into the center. There was plenty of water available. The bedding was spotless, which put my mind at ease.

The room was genuinely spacious, and the double bed was impressively large – a great choice for those who appreciate ample space. The mattress comfort was only average, and the pillows were a bit of a letdown, being overly soft and fluffy and offering little to no neck support. Hotel service was excellent. Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping team were incredibly warm and accommodating. Extra requests, like additional toothbrushes or blankets, were promptly delivered. The housekeeping staff even helped put on the duvet cover for the extra blanket, a thoughtful gesture as some hotels expect guests to do this themselves. The room offered a nice mountain view from the window. However, small bugs were quite prevalent, which I found a bit unsettling. The stick-on window screen had started to peel off, leaving gaps and allowing insects in. The bathroom was also very spacious and featured a smart toilet. However, the hot water pressure in the shower was quite low, which wasn't very refreshing. A full set of disposable toiletries was provided. Breakfast, served until 9:30 AM, offered a decent variety, including bread, porridge, milk, fruit, and a mix of steamed and fried options. However, freshly cooked noodles or vermicelli were not available. The dining area wasn't very large, so it's best to avoid peak hours. Free and ample parking was available.

This was an absolutely superb stay! The hotel boasts modern facilities, and the rooms are fully equipped and brand new. The service was top-notch; from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was warm, attentive, and always eager to help. Hygiene was impeccable, with both the rooms and public areas being spotlessly clean. The parking lot was spacious and convenient, and the breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. I felt incredibly comfortable throughout my stay, and all my travel fatigue vanished. Highly recommended!

For a hotel at this price point (around 500), the cleanliness, facilities, and overall environment were quite good. However, the service quality was genuinely subpar. While the front desk and housekeeping services were commendable, the breakfast and its service were utterly disappointing for a hotel in this price range. And the hotel's description even boasts 'delicious breakfast'?! I find that hard to believe! Just look at the pictures – there were only a few steamed buns available. Is that really all? Not even basic items like noodles or fruit were offered. But that's not even the main issue. The hotel explicitly states breakfast is served until 9:30 AM. So going at 8:40 AM should be perfectly fine, right? Yet, by 8:45 AM, they were already announcing they were packing up. And the service attitude, particularly from one male staff member, genuinely made me feel terrible. We're staying at a hotel, not here to be lectured! Even if there's no more food being served, there's no need to constantly yell about closing down the entire time! It truly makes me question if Ctrip's quality has plummeted to this extent. What's more, the price through Ctrip was actually tens of RMB higher than expected. Does that mean anyone who books through Ctrip is essentially getting a raw deal?

Came here on a friend's recommendation, and it was excellent, truly exceeding our expectations. We were traveling with our family. The hotel called us ahead of time to provide parking details. The parking staff were incredibly warm and helpful, guiding us with parking and even assisting with the check-in process. The rooms were quiet and spacious, making them perfect for families. Parking was also extremely convenient, and we even had the chance to visit Qingge Square and Liuliu City. The front desk staff were highly professional and knew the Chuanxi scenic spots inside out. They even customized a travel itinerary specifically for us. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit. Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right on the main street with plenty of dining options nearby. Upon arrival, a dedicated staff member was at the entrance to guide us in, which was a very considerate touch. We traveled with our pet, having arranged it with the hotel in advance. There were no cleaning fees or deposits, making it genuinely pet-friendly. Upon checkout, they even had a small gift for us – what a delightful surprise!
