The front desk lady and butler were very friendly. The only thing I could improve was the cleanliness of the room. There was fecal stains on the bottom of the toilet seat, the shower drain was clogged, and the provided bath towel had a handprint on it. These were all signs of substandard hygiene and inadequate inspection. I was very satisfied with the room design and the hot springs. The breakfast was also plentiful. I hope the cleanliness will improve. I will definitely stay here again.
