KKaixindekexindeThe hotel is quite new with excellent facilities. The front desk staff were great, and check-in using my Ctrip booking was smooth. However, the room service was a bit disappointing. The TV remote was noticeably faulty and extremely unresponsive. When a staff member came to assist, they insisted on entering the room to test it themselves. I couldn't understand why they made such a fuss; a simple replacement (either batteries or the remote) would have resolved the issue immediately. They spent a long time trying to make it work, claiming it only functioned when held very close to the TV, which made it impossible to use from the bed. Eventually, after I insisted, they finally replaced it.

JJoThe hotel offered their courtesy to upgrade our room, the room was very spacious and clean. Swimming pool in the hotel was also an attraction. Staff was nice and kind. Hotel location was around 10-15mins walk from the core shopping district and MRT station which was acceptable to us. It was a memorable experience staying at the hotel overall.

GGuest UserIt was right next to the MRT Cianjin exit. The room had wooden floors and a large window with a screen that partially opened. There were two bottles of bottled water and two bottles of sparkling water, as well as shampoo, body soap, and hand soap. The shower booth was spacious and had strong, hot water.
The top floor was a lounge with a water server, coffee, tea, snacks, fruit, and more. It was the breakfast venue in the morning.
There were four rooms on each floor and two elevators, so there was no waiting and it was very quiet. Thank you.

AAlb33This is the last day of the trip in Taiwan, we chose the Airline Inn which is located across the train station. The location is superb! The way to the night markets are kind of straightforward from the hotel, you just need to turn right and follow the main road.
The room is really small without a window, but as expected. In terms of price, it’s worth it especially for a night only.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; they assisted with luggage, explained all the hotel services, and even offered a taxi booking service. Its location is great, just a 10-minute walk from the city center and its commercial district. Plus, you can buy pastries right in the lobby.

GGuest UserIt was a nice stay if you only want a place to stay for a while. I liked it that hot water is always available anytime. There is always people cleaning outside the rooms. Since I didnt need my room be cleaned everyday, I always just give my trash to the cleaning lady every morning. Will recommend this hotel to friends!
